What challenge were you trying to address with Sysmetica LLC?

We needed to build an iOS application that could push device hardware to its limits — capturing high-frequency camera data at 240fps, recording voice samples, and reading motion sensor data — all within a structured, modular task flow system. The captured data needed to be packaged and sent to our backend processing pipeline reliably. It was a technically demanding project because of the real-time sensor integration and the precision required for the data to be usable downstream.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sysmetica LLC built all the modules for our iOS app. The project was structured across three milestones:

• High-frequency camera capture module (240fps video recording with per-frame on-device processing and data extraction)
• Voice recording and motion sensor data capture with synchronized timing
• Modular task flow system — a flexible framework for presenting stimuli to users and capturing their responses through the various sensors

Additionally, the team worked on data packaging and integration with our backend processing pipeline. They delivered a clean, well-architected Swift codebase designed for long-term maintainability. The work required close coordination with our backend team to ensure the data formats and pipeline integration worked end-to-end.

Sysmetica LLC successfully delivered all three milestones. The sensor capture modules work reliably — the camera captures at the frame rates we need, the data pipeline integration is solid, and the task flow system is flexible enough to support new use cases as we expand. We've since referred another company to Sysmetica LLC, which I think speaks for itself.

They really stood out in their way of working, even before starting. The team has saved me time and money. The team's expertise allows them to do better work in a shorter amount of time. 

Their project management skills and communication are also on point, which saves time. That's why I also chose them from the beginning. They communicate efficiently and have their processes already mapped out step by step before we start. 

Other teams would have required more back-and-forth communication, but the team's process is smooth. Their price was super competitive, but I know that I will save time working with them compared to others because of their expertise.

Moreover, I've worked with developers for the past 15 years, a lot, because I've been in tech, SaaS, and software for my whole career, and they're amazing at what they do. I have already referred them twice to others as well, even though the work is not finished yet, just because of how they have done it over the last months and how great they are.

Their project management is excellent. The team uses Trello and Figma and communicates via Slack. 
It was very easy to cooperate. They would just update me that there were some extra updates on the design, and I could just give my feedback. So it was like super smooth communication, which I really appreciated. It was very efficient. 
The team is very responsive and always on time. The team is also very direct and never makes me wait for an answer.

I loved that the team has pushed the brakes in a good way. The team has taken the time to map out what I want and work with the designer. I appreciated this process that has made me realize more about what I want.

The goal was to build a solid, scalable foundation for this experience, with Firebase integration, SwiftUI architecture, and a premium user experience.

Sysmetica helped turn my idea into a working MVP. The backend integration, daily tracking logic, article and progress systems are implemented and tested. Several major features like the chatbot, paywall, and breathwork are actively being developed. The app is on track to deliver the vision I had in mind. We’re currently on pause while I focus on other priorities, but the core framework is already in place and solid.
