What challenge were you trying to address with Synmek Ltd.?

We needed help building our mobile apps and web application from the ground up. We also needed help managing our social media and marketing website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Synmek Ltd. has designed and developed our mobile apps for Android and iOS. The team has also built our web application, API, and infrastructure. Synmek Ltd. has handled all of our deployment, launch, social media graphics, and branding. The team has been responsible for researching, designing, and developing our apps. Synmek Ltd. has also submitted the apps to the app stores and deployed them on our servers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since working with Synmek Ltd., we’ve seen an increase in the number of subscriptions, downloads, and engagement on our social media. We also track the feedback we receive and any support requests regarding the applications. Our subscriptions have gone from 0 to over 100 in two months, which has been critical to understanding how our users interact with the app, where to improve, and what is being used most frequently.

How did Synmek Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

Synmek Ltd. is fantastic at project management. They’ve delivered on time and guided us through the entire process. The team’s communication has been great, and we’ve known where we were throughout the entire build phase. We communicate with Synmek Ltd. through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Synmek Ltd. is very knowledgeable, professional, and approachable. The entire team is amazing to work with, and they’ve really embedded themselves into our business like it’s their own.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The iOS and Android builds have taken a little longer than we’d originally hoped. Some of that has been us adding scope mid-way, and some of it has been the usual app-store review back-and-forth. Synmek Ltd. has been upfront about it, and the end result has been worth the wait.
