I’m the founder and CEO of a startup femtech company. We work with doctors for pregnant and postpartum patients.

I needed their team to develop a spot-on technology and platform for my company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SynergyWorks Solutions LLP developed a web and mobile-based platform that was HIPAA compliant. I also needed it to be available both in English and Spanish. Their team did not necessarily build a website, rather an AWS infrastructure that served as a portal for our offices, doctors, and administrators. Additionally, they helped us with the branding of our business through logo design, content writing, and securing our SSL certificates.

What is the team composition?

I worked with five people from their team. Shikha (CEO & Founder) was the project lead. I also worked with a QA resource, a branding specialist, and two coders.

How did you come to work with SynergyWorks Solutions LLP?

They were recommended to me by another doctor who also hired them for his startup. He told me that he had a great work experience with SynergyWorks Solutions LLLP’s team — I took his recommendation because I knew it’s hard to find a responsible and trustworthy team that could do the work for a company like mine. The project cost me $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project ran from late January to early March 2021. It took them three weeks to develop the actual product. We’re now in the process of re-negotiating with them on another contract for our MVP sprint.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Everything worked well. SynergyWorks Solutions LLP’s efforts urged 23 doctors to use our platform during its trial week — those doctors or users helped us screen 30 different patients and consult with those who were screened positive for depression. Their team practically helped us save lives; that’s our main metric.

How did SynergyWorks Solutions LLP perform from a project management standpoint?

We mainly communicated via Google Meet and phone calls. The quality of their project management approach was just impressive. From the very beginning, Shikha made sure to incorporate all the deliverables and timelines that I had to know about. She exceeded my expectations by being professional and clear. I also admired how their team respected the timelines despite our time zone differences. Since they were based in India, SynergyWorks Solutions LLP stayed up until 2 a.m. to meet me during my business hours. It was just amazing, and I highly appreciated their efforts throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They delivered top-notch services. I worked with other companies in the past that under-delivered and overcharged us, but SynergyWorks Solutions LLP was prompt, clear, and professional.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Everything was just great — I didn’t encounter any areas that needed improvement.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give them a good vision of what you want to create. Share your ideas and give them your stamp of approval — it’s a huge move, but trusting them is a great start.
