How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We have a long history of working together on several Salesforce projects in the past.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
Our Customer wanted to improve efficiency of their Sales Team by implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud. The requirement was beyond the standard setup because it included several complicated automations and customization. After we got a detailed overview of customer's business process, the team mapped it to Salesforce framework and created a concept of the future solution, which was discussed and adjusted with the customer. Implementation was split into several stages, covering main milestones. For each of the stages we created a proof of concept and in several iterations developed it in final solutions. An important part of the project was integration with HubSpot tool used by Customer's Marketing Team
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We were able to successfully implement all project requirements using standard Salesforce setup as well as Flow builder for complex automations, such custom lead assignment, custom lead evaluation based on lead contact history, Integration with HubSpot, Opportunity process and Quote process.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very effective, at the beginning we agreed on how we are going to deal with requirements, create tickets, assign tasks, collaborate working on complex tickets, testing and communicating with Customer.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Flexibility and the speed with which the team was able to work on assignments. I would also like to note the ability of the team to communicate in case of the difficulties or uncertainty.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I was quite happy how it was done, it basically exceeded my expectations.
