I called a second meeting with the design team as the appointed representative to reaffirm our expectations. Their dedication to keeping lines of communication open and working closely with us throughout the project's development satisfied me.

Their flawless communication, punctual delivery, and adherence to the timeframe really impressed us. The most annoying thing about working with most suppliers is that they overbook projects and leave you with unfinished work. We never experienced that, and the standard of service was outstanding.

None at this time; I will provide an update if anything changes. Overall, though, the company's dedication to providing outstanding service is commendable.
