While Symloop Technology delivered strong results overall, one area for improvement would be more structured documentation throughout the project—especially for the technical setup and system maintenance. This would make it easier for non-technical stakeholders or future partners to understand and replicate the deployment.

Additionally, while communication was responsive, introducing a more formal project dashboard or progress tracker (like Trello, Notion, or Jira) could enhance visibility for larger teams or multi-phase projects.

Symloop Technology handled the full end-to-end development of Hajz-Algeria, a digital booking and reservation platform tailored for the Algerian market. The core platform included a hotel booking system with room availability, pricing (DZD/EUR/USD), and reservation management. It also had a restaurant discovery and table booking system with menus and schedules. Additionally, it had a car rental marketplace with daily pricing and fleet management. Finally, it had a multi-wilaya destination explorer with search and filtering.

What were the outcomes of the engagement with Symloop Technology?

They successfully deployed a fully functional booking platform covering three service verticals: hotels, restaurants, and car rentals. The platform was live and operational across multiple wilayas (Alger, Sétif, Constantine, Annaba, etc.). We also saw a little increase in our KPIs.
