Design and implement from A to Z the marketing plan of our business's MVP. We knew which channels we wanted to advertise on but didn't have the technical expertise or industry/market know-how to actually get the product in front of the target users. SyberGrupe ultimately redesigned our website and performed SEO, designed all ad visuals (about a dozen), set up all the ad serving and tracking accounts, and they currently manage the campaign on a consulting ongoing basis.

Items were delivered mostly on time. A key issue was the work organisation from our side, not SyberGrupe's, as we didn't know exactly what we wanted, took lots of time to provide final approval, and often had last-minute modifications. SyberGrupe were super in adapting themselves to our speed. Whenever I said go, they responded go. Moreover, we had regular and transparent progress updates to know where we stood.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SyberGrupe could have done differently?

Hmm, I'd say limit the scope of the client's campaign when initially designing it; as while we successfully did everything we critically wanted, we also equally implemented things which could've been treated as a later add-on rather than packaged with the launch, thus pushing back the timeline. SyberGrupe did well to suggest these improvements, but we, unfortunately, acted upon them as must-haves rather than should-haves. Otherwise, nothing to signal, overall satisfied.
