I’m the managing director of Agora Auctions LLC. We sell and auction ancient, medieval, world, and modern coins and antiquities.

I originally hired them for a project for another company I owned. For Agora Auctions, they’ve built and continue to update and maintain our auction platform.

Swayam Infotech has built a sophisticated web-based platform on PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript. They’ve also developed a mobile app for Android and iOS. The team has handled both the design and development of the web platform and mobile app.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The design and functionality of the platform have exceeded our expectations. We have very specific scopes of work that we provide to Swayam Infotech. We also seek out customer feedback and guide our future development based on that feedback. We’ve noticed quantifiable improvements in user satisfaction and business performance since implementing the updates from Swayam Infotech. Our platform is considered one of the most stable in the industry, in addition to being easy to use and navigate.

How did Swayam Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?

Swayam Infotech consistently meets or beats schedules. They always deliver on time or early. We communicate via email or messaging apps. The project manager we’ve been assigned does an exceptional job at communication.

1. For the app which they were supposed to build from scratch, they delivered it in an efficient manner and app is currently live. 
2. For the 2nd app, where they were supposed to improve the functionality and add new features, they are working on last few updates and looks like it will also be delivered in successful manner.

Their management team is great in terms of their prompt responses. They delivered all required project components on time. They always responded to our needs in a prompt manner and resolved all concerned issues.
