Bodo Travel creates unique group routes to exotic countries all over the world. I am owner of the company and help with marketing.

For what projects/services did your company hire SvitSoftware?

We wanted to refresh our website and make it more mobile-oriented. So, we hired SvitSoftware for UX and UI design. Implementation we managed on our side.

How did you select this vendor?

We were looking for a nice price and time frame for this project. It was important for us to see the portfolio of the exact designer who will work with our project.

We shared our understanding of the market. They conducted competitor research in Ukraine and other counties and came back with some new approaches to product presentation. Then we created UX and tested it inside our teams and with a few of our clients. During this tests we found some issues on mobile devices and SvitSoft proposed good ideas to solve them. Final step was making UI with finetuned prototype.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We don't like big teams and this project was not that big. It was only one UX/UI designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We don't have any numbers to share.

Our cooperation was easy and time-saving.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I do like pixel-perfect design. This time I had almost no comment on this issue.

Nothing I can think about.

I'm the IT director at KAN Development. We are located in Ukraine, and we have the best buildings in Kyiv.

What challenge were you trying to address with SvitSoftware?

We hired them to provide mobile app development services and create the CRM platform for the building that our customers live in.

What was the scope of their work?

They’ve developed the mobile application itself, but I'm not aware of the technology and software that they’ve used. With the app, customers can raise tickets regarding changes when they call the taxi and view all electricity bills. They’ve created the app for both iOS and Android and are also helping us implement new features. They also provide mobile app marketing services.

What is the team composition?

I work with about six people from their team, including their director, designer, CRM developer, iOS developer, and Android developer.

How did you come to work with SvitSoftware?

We did a Google search for vendors specializing in mobile app development. We got propositions from 10 companies who gave us different prices and their rules for collaboration. We ended up choosing them because they were in line with what we needed.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent close to $100,000 on the project so far.

What is the status of the engagement?

We began our working relationship in January 2018, and we are still in an engagement with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve exceeded our expectations, and the quality of their work has been excellent — in fact, we’ve received positive feedback from our customers. Although we’ve had bugs and crashes on the app, their team always fixes them very fast. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the work they’ve done.

How did SvitSoftware perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been great at delivering every task on time. We work with only very efficient and good teams to ensure customer satisfaction. They’re also great at communication;  we communicate through phone calls, Telegram, Zoom, and Google Meet, and we can reach out to them anytime.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like that they are always available whenever need them to fix an issue, which is something they do very well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I am always satisfied with their work, so I have no complaints.

Provide them with the required information so that they can execute your project properly.

I am the founder of C4R, and we are a retail consultation company with around 100 employees. We are headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic, but we have offices in Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Russia. We implement software for the top five retail companies in the countries where we participate.

We have grown fast as a company, and we needed to digitalize all of our internal processes. We partnered with SvitSoftware to develop custom parts of our special software solution.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We shared our knowledge and expectations with SvitSoftware, and they were able to develop a custom solution for us. They developed this tool so it could help us understand what we need to do and where we are in each step of the sales cycle. We had some specific requests, and their team helped us understand how to do this better.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project began around May 2020. We did have a budget for them this year for some extra development, but unfortunately, I’ve had to cut costs. I plan to use them again after the situation in Ukraine stabilizes.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The solution developed by SvitSoftware has helped us consolidate and evaluate all information within our software. It has also enabled us to gauge our current situation and see growing opportunities. 

How did SvitSoftware perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything is delivered on budget, and any delays are more from our side. When we make a mistake with the description, their team fixes it at no extra cost.

SvitSoftware also provides weekly status reports detailing the results of the project, what they were able to accomplish that week, and what they plan to do in the coming month. They are very professional.

We communicate through email and Jira, and they prepare reports for me in Word. We also use Google Meet, Telegram, and WhatsApp on top of our in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

SvitSoftware is very open to new ideas. In the cases where they have better knowledge than my team, they make sure to propose new features or possibilities for the software.

I highly recommend working with SvitSoftware. They are very professional, and they deliver quality software at a good price.
