We connected with Samar online and were able to meet online and immediately felt they were the right fit. Svaapta does a great job at presenting options based on your needs and budget. We always felt they had our best interest, which allowed us to make the best decisions for our company.

We had a kick off meeting to discuss key deliverables, timeline and budget. From there, wire frames were delivered weekly and calls were had twice per week as website was being built for feedback and consistent communication.

A project manager was our main point of contact but we worked with 6-8 team members throughout the process.

After launching our website, we have had positive feedback overall on the service we can provide for a University community.

We had consistent communication daily via email. We had weekly standing calls for an hour or more to go through updates, wireframes, next steps. They were always on top of moving the project forward.

They gave us a professional website that we never could have done without their help. We truly felt as if they were apart of the ElephantU team as they were building. Lastly, I truly feel they are now invested in the success of the project and want us to do well!

There is nothing that I would do differently other than using them for website maintenance/service to ensure ALWAYS functioning correctly.

I am the vice president and qualifying principal for a security company. We provide law enforcement officers for private security needs

We are fairly new to the security industry, although we have a life time of experience e in law enforcement and private investigation work, we recently started adding armed security services to our menu. We quicky became aware of the need for third party software to help manage our scheduling and supervisory needs.

After sampling some products on the market, I quickly learned that they are all ok, and that one has something that the other doesn't but not any one product hit it out of the park for us and the one that cam closest out priced itself quickly.

I do business with a company who's site I use often, and I asked him who developed his site. He referred me to Tejas Sapovadiya After a conversation with Tejass, I quickly learned that he was understanding better then I was about what I wanted and needed. I had priced out my concept and had some experience working with another company in app and web development. Not only did I find Tejas's pricing very competitive but I felt that he grasped and understood my short and long term goals

Tejas and his team set up a few conferences with us and we went into detail about what's needed, although they worked as a team, each milestone basically had a different lead programmer while at the same time maintained a consistent project manager who orchestrated and maintained control of the progress and development

Our team primarily consisted of approximately 4 individuals, Tejas, the team leader, the project manager, the mobile app developer and the web version developer, I recall maybe a couple of others that jumped in on some meetings but these were the primary.

We watched the development and maturity of an expressed idea and concept turn into a measurable working program, that twill save us a tremendous amount of work time hours on a weekly basis.

The project management was on point, with emails, meeting video chats, screen shares and field tests. during the time of the app development, they never messed a meeting or was even tardy.

Leadership involvement, constant contact, continuity, great communication, able to meet our needs, understanding of the concept and turning it into a working program.

Honestly, no,, I have nothing to add, they same to have it all together.

Svaapta’s scope of work entailed everything but design. One of our partners provided all screens, design elements, etc. Svaapta used a WordPress site and customized it for our specific needs. The site contains hundreds of screens, payment platform integration, Amazon bucket storage set up/integration, Amazon server setup, marketing automation integration, super admin customization, etc.

Svaapta provided us with a project manager who would then relay messages to their dev/design team. The project manager would bring design/developers on calls if needed or requested.

After launching V.2 of our site developed by Svaapta, we instantly had revenue and were profitable within 6 months of site launch. Svaapta delivered on time and was always there when needed.

The project management style is good. They are always available when needed. Their estimated timelines are on point. If anything, my partners and I slowed them down.

Svaapta is very easy to work with. They are very reasonable with requests and issues and seem to be available 24/7. They treat their customers like partners. I just received very good feedback from someone I referred to them.

Svaapta has been my go-to for clients who are in need of anything development-related: whether its custom reports or integrations, or new websites, the Svaapta team has always been able to take on the most complex projects.

Most recently, the Svaapta team has been able to help me bring my visual designs to life for clients who are creating new websites, as well as assist with conversion tracking and integration set up.

A project manager has been the main point of contact, but other team members are brought in to projects depending on the needs of what we're hoping to achieve.

Svaapta was able to reduce manual reporting for one client, which reduced the month-end reporting time substantially. Also, they have been able to increase online conversions and e-commerce sales by improving the website design and user experience.

They have great turn around times and are easy to communicate with - even though we are on opposite sides of the world! They are flexible with meeting times, are quick and direct, and are a pleasure to work with.

Their wide range of capabilities and ability to work with a wide range of budgets and deliverables. Regardless of the project, they have never declined a job; they are always able to do the project, and they do it really well.

No feedback on improvement! As I grew into full-time consulting, it was easy to shift and I had a set up call with them to discuss the process of working with a wide range of clients, and they were very flexible in terms of how that would work best.

Everything has completed to my specifications and the team were very helpful with any requests or amendments needed. We have actually decided to use them for the ongoing maintenance of our software and for rolling out new features.

We communicated through Skype daily and even though they are a few hours ahead of me in time difference, they were always around to answer any questions. They are very organised and work well together as a team.
