I’m the VP of a wooden pallet manufacturing company.

What challenge were you trying to address with S&V Marketing?

We wanted to modernize our company and make it more marketable. We knew we needed more of an online presence to bring in more customers and a way for them to contact us more easily. We wanted to showcase our family business, represent our longevity in the industry, and show that we were green. We hired S&V Marketing to build us a website and for SEO.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They were responsible for the design and development of the website. They researched competitor pallet websites for reference and then came to us, and we decided what we liked best to move forward. We collaborated on the copy; they wrote everything up, and we edited it. 

People can now reach out through the website about their specific needs through a quote form; there is also a contact us form on the page and a place for job applications. All of these forms and applications populate directly to our email. The site has an about us page, our service offerings, and our inventory. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with Anastasia (Co-Owner) directly, and one other person. 

How did you come to work with S&V Marketing?

They were a referral initially, but I worked with them on a previous project and they did a great job. 

How much have you invested with them?

We invested around $6,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together between March 2021–January 2022. The project lasted much longer than it should have, but that was not their fault; we were the ones who delayed it.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The website is clean, functional, and user-friendly. The quote form saves us both time and energy. We no longer have to do cold calls because the business is coming to us, and we can contact customers directly. We’ve been noticed within our industry because we have a website, and we’ve been able to hire great new employees because they can easily find us online and apply. 

How did S&V Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered everything on time and within budget and were responsive to anything we needed. We communicated via video calls and email. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Overall, S&V Marketing was a pleasure to work with. We were very impressed with how S&V Marketing understood our business, industry, and who we were, and communicated that through our website. Their research went above and beyond to ensure that we ended up with exactly what we were looking for, and we knew they cared about our business.

We’re very satisfied with the work they provided.

I am a self-employed Pilates instructor/studio owner and a health & wellness coach. I help my clients find their optimal health.

S&V Marketing created my business website eight years ago (2014), and I have been a happy repeat client for a total of 3 website redesigns.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

S&V Marketing is experienced in my industry (Pilates) and understands my daily business operations, as well as my prospective client's needs, wants, and unconscious habits while using my website. I found her prior website designs to be professional, clean, and easy to navigate. I felt S&V Marketing listened to my needs and respected where I stood in my business development (both financially and in size/complexity). I am a sole owner/operator, and S&V Marketing designed a website that fit my unique needs.

S&V Marketing understood my business from the very beginning. Anastasiya listened and communicated clearly. I was provided options for my unique requests and felt no pressure from her expert advice. It was a low-stress collaborative effort. Anastasiya would check in with me during the design stages to ensure she was on track with my vision and was patient with my decision-making.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The visual experience of my website gives my potential clients a feel for the experience they will feel in person in my studio. Professional, clean, organized, and specialized. It sets the expectation of my high-quality wellness services. The clear and concise layout of my website has prompted new potential clients to contact me through my website with ease.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication and workflow with S&V Marketing are above five stars. Anastasiya is ALWAYS prompt, direct, and professional. The trust I have in Anastasiya's experience and expertise equals time. Trusting S&V Marketing with an area of business I do not have expertise in allows me to concentrate my time on my clients and the business at hand.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I truly felt a one-on-one experience. Non-judgemental. No pressure. Casual communication that wasn't scripted or too technical to understand. I am a sole proprietor and felt like S&V Marketing treated me equally to any larger entity. I felt respected, understood, and essential to their company. Anastasiya and I share a commonality in that we are both certified Pilates wellness professionals. She is unique in her paired talents (Pilates + Web Marketing), and I couldn't ignore the perfect fit!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind. I am 100% happy with S&V Marketing.
