Honestly, we were very happy with the collaboration overall. If we had to mention one downside, it’s probably that we didn’t have even more projects to work on together. The team was great to work with, very positive, organized, and always brought good energy throughout the process.

Since working with Surgence Labs, we've reached a 3,000 in daily active users (DAUs) and a 10,000 in monthly active users (MAUs) after one month of marketing activation. We've also seen an 18,000 increase in pre-signup registrations. In terms of community engagement, we've seen a 12,000 in Discord members, a 21,500 in Twitter followers, and thousands of weekly chatters.

How did Surgence Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

Surgence Labs has been super professional in combining technology, psychology, narrative building, smart models and techniques, and a broad reach to KOLs and communities globally to execute marketing strategy. Overall, they've taken a totally different approach from a traditional marketing agency. In terms of communication, we use virtual meetings, telegram, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed with Surgence Labs' ability to have high-level and consistent brainstorming sessions together with different opinions until we find the right strategy for every phase. I'm also impressed with their ability to break down each phase and execute it while remaining dynamic for last-minute changes, narratives, and market sentiment.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren't any. Everything they've done has been decided together with us in full transparency and understanding of the pros and cons. If we take a wrong direction, the data shows it, and we immediately change or replace the direction. This is how real teamwork should be done.
