Sometimes it was tricky for some members of our team to onboard with required systems for project(figma/google docs etc) but this was more of a lacking on our side. Maybe also offering pdf/docs as an option might help with less technically able clients

We partnered with Superco to deliver an aesthetically pleasing, high converting e-commerce website for the launch of our brand Monsters We Make. This included front-end design, shipping model optimization and app integrations. The most complex part of the project was building an e-reader from scratch enabling users to read Vol. 1 immediately after purchase.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Ongoing communication with the Superco team was great and they were very flexible with regard to our needs (which changed from initial scope to final delivery) as well as post-launch troubleshooting, which really helped our small team navigate some challenges. The website launched in mid-Dec 2024 and experienced huge traffic and sales within hours from launch and it was great to see the site perform and customers transact at scale without issues.

in the second month of the website going live we saw a huge increase in online sales, which we were not expecting as we due to high ticket nature of our products, they are a considered product. Since, we have seen an overall increase in sales, and visitors are far more engaged on the website for a far longer time. We have also reached and appealed to a new demographic that with our old website was unattainable.

They overdelivered in every aspect. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and this is exactly what we needed as the nature of our business needed bespoke solutions tailored exactly for our goals. If a problem came up our end we received an immediate response and solution.

From the very beginning we could tell they would be a good fit. They asked so much about us, and made it their goal to get across our personality as a business through our website. 6 of their team even came for the day visiting our showroom, meeting our team and getting to know us. 
We then discussed what our main objectives were and how our current website didn't reflect us as a brand and why. From there they put together two different plans for us to choose from, critique and alter to best reflect our goals. We arrived with a website that ticks all the boxes and more.

Regen is a new Direct-To-Consumer gaming eyewear brand from INSPECS Group. The brand will be looking to launch in Q1 / early Q2. Regen is looking to design & build a site to launch their product range in the UK first, with international stores to follow.

The site should be fully styled to REGEN branding, which includes some custom metafields in Shopify. It should also support a Virtual try-on integration. The site should be easy to use both from a customer's POV and for the Regen team, with documentation to refer back to after launch.

Yes, the project timeline was extended slightly due to a couple of change requests that arose as both the site + the brand were developed and some unavoidable issues which are typical in any new brand launch. However, we were able to deliver the site on time for the shareholders, which was our aim. 

Superco were great in responding to MANY questions from the team as shopify was new to us and we therefore needed a lot of hand holding during the site population and UAT phases. We also have some great documentation to revert back to.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The level of account management that was provided was very impressive, particularly when we aren't what you would class as a big client (yet). We had several calls in which the whole team were involved, which gave us confidence that we were as important as a much larger client, something we didn't feel when speaking with other agencies in the scoping stage.

A change in personnel did mean that communication was hampered slightly during the project + some conversations we had had previously were not passed on but this was rectified pretty swiftly and superco did all they could to ensure that our project remained on time and to a very high standard.

Very efficient.  Communicated with clarity at all times and always delivered beyond our expectations.  Was always kept in the loop with the work being carried out and delivery dates.  Sam was an outstanding account manager.  She often went out of her way to help us and explain things in more detail even on her day off or out of hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was very impressed with Sam our Account Manager.  At first I felt a little out of sorts as everything was done on Figma and online meetings.  We were unable to schedule a face to face meeting.  It took a short time for me to understand how Superco worked with regards to completing tasks.  Once understood, the process was simple and logical.  Sam kept me going throughout the project.  My lack of technical know how at times drove me mad (I am sure it drove her mad but she never let on)! 

She was calm, collected and thoughtful.  Upon occasion, she talked me through the same areas about 10 times until I fully understood - this was the uploading info onto Shopify.  There were times when I was literally losing the will to live with the technical aspects but Sam was always a huge support.  At the end of the project, we were able to upload info, change images and literally do anything on Shopify.  No more hard coding!  I am now a Shopify Plus expert!

No, I'm very happy.  Keep Sam!

I’m the director of Richard Allan London, a design company established in 1962. Richard Allen was a silk scarf designer in the 60s and 70s when silk scarves were the fashion. He was known worldwide in top shops like Harrods, Selfridges, Bergdorf, and Saks. Moreover, he was known for his designs with bold colors and abstract patterns.

The company did incredibly well for 20 years, but he got wrong Parkinson’s and had to stop. Now, we do limited edition design prints of original archive designs. We’ve also moved into interiors, like prints and cushions.

We wanted somebody to take on our e-commerce business, such as newsletters and sales pushes.

Superco has written emails for us. They achieve our voice and brand look, which is absolutely crucial.

We work with three teammates but mainly talk with Tom (Co-Founder).

How did you come to work with Superco?

We had a good experience with them the first time. They already knew our website and were clever at reading our needs. We initially found them through an advertisement on a site I followed. It was perfect timing because the website design had become outdated.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with them in January 2024, and it’s ongoing.

Superco has raised our profile, and the emails are beautiful. Moreover, Superco achieves what they set out to do. We’re very proud of the emails going out; they help our website and draw more people in.

They’re accommodating about budgeting and telling us what we need to do. Superco is honest and helpful; they analyze our needs and work through a timely program within budget.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Superco has new ideas and is very professional and experienced in their field, so we trust them. Their customer service is excellent; they’ve been so good to us.

No, they’re absolutely fantastic. They’re very inspirational and enthusiastic.

1. identifying and ranking our biggest revenue-driving opportunities (rooted in customer behavior and segmentation)
2. executing the creative and implementation of those email nurtures/flows
3. creating an email design system for self-management.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Two primary KPIs:

1. Revenue: our email nurtures that replaced outdated emails have all grown between 50-150% in the first few weeks
2. Time: our new email design system has made self-management (without harming deliverability etc.) incredibly easy.

We formerly did image-based emails (in Canva). There was a lot of back-and-forth between Canva and Klaviyo and deliverability was always impacted due to text to image ratios.

Sophie was our primary POC for this scope of work. She was incredibly organized, moved the creative process along in a smart and efficient way and had flows QA'd and set live on time. I was incredibly impressed with Sophie's ability to manage so many deliverables with her team in a relatively short period of time.

We've been working with Superco for awhile (on mostly web-related projects), so what we've always appreciated about them extended to this scope of work: they're organized, relatively quick and very human (they're all cool people we actually enjoy working with).
