Studio Moso were engaged to resdesign and develop a new website for Explorers. The primary objective of our website is to drive waitlist registrations and tour bookings (lead generation) from prospective families. We also aim to educate families about our service and philosophy ensuring they can locate all relevant information whilst they are in the ‘research phase’ of seeking out childcare options. 

The website’s other key function is attracting Educators who are seeking employment. In general, we were seeking to improve our online presence including our organic search rankings. Key considerations and additional functionality that was briefed to the agency included: 

• Homepage – should be designed to deliver to top priorities as outlined above – driving leads. Additions required: o Centre locator functionality with post code / suburb field and map o Blog preview 
• Consideration to building a childcare subsidy calculator 
• Blog – overhaul for best practice with engaging design 
• Centre pages – overhaul with engaging design - Calendly Integration - Formstack for Salesforce integration 
• “Family Support Portal” development
• LiveChat – Salesforce product to be embedded per current functionality
• Implementation of Google Analytics tracking code 
• Google tags implementation to track leads using the existing forms • Support with Facebook pixel set up to track key events on the website 
• Set up sitemap

They are a small, nimble agency that were easy to deal with. We found them to be competitive on price. I loved their creativity and design skills.

Expand services for greater support for general digital marketing relating to analytics, googlead set up etc.

Studio Moso were engaged to develop a simple yet professional website to establish our online presence. The scope included all design, website development and hosting and was required to be built on the wordpress platform. The website was required to be mobile responsive and integrate SEO best practices.

The site was developed within budget, to a high standard and within the provided timelines.

Found the agency to be very responsive and easy to work with. We communicated regularly via email and phone throughout the project. We didn't encounter any delays or challenges from their side.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Being a boutique agency, they were a great cultural fit for our small and newly established company. We didn't encounter any egos, they were open to feedback and felt they really took the time to deliver a really great product despite this probably being a small project for them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Studio Moso could have done differently?

Perhaps terms and conditions documentation could have been tighter - not that we encountered any issues, just an observation.
