I'm the co-founder of an HR Tech startup. We are an employee rewards program that works with SMB's all over the world to better company culture, retention and productivity. We are new to the space and offer a first of its kind solution to remove cell phone distractions in the deskless workforce. We focus on communicating to business owners and c-level executives via social media.

We hired Strike Digital to create brand awareness and trust online. Our main goals were educating prospects about the company then presenting ourselves as the best solution. We also needed help to actually learn the best channels and strategies to use digital marketing for our company. Our goals were to spread the word about the company, have the public trust the company and get more clients via inbound leads.

We choose Strike Digital because of their knowledge and customer service. The first time we spoke to the team they were so helpful and took the time to listen and make educated decisions. Everyone on my team has no background in digital marketing and Stike Digital was very considerate of that.

Even before we were their clients, they took the time to give us ideas and tips and let us know that throughout the process they would care enough about our company to teach us the procedure and explain everything so we would understand the work being done for us.

Strike Digital was also very timely in responding, clear in objectives and way more creative, knowledgeable and friendly than any other marketing company we had spoken too.

Scope of work includes onboarding and setting KPI's. My team was not experienced in marketing and Strike Digital took the time to educate us on the process needed in depth. We currently have Facebook and google ad campaigns run by Strike Digital. My team is completely hands off and Stike handles everything. This includes weekly update meetings and extra brainstorming to give me ideas of new and creative ways to stand out from the competition.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All campaigns have been successful. We have increased our visits to the website by 300%. Before starting with Strike Digital and had 1 visit to the website in January and we Strike grew us to 1,456 visits in April. We have had ads with over 19k views and have converted more site visitors to prospects and clients than ever before in the company.

We had a very thorough onboarding session which completely explained the process and expectations and after that we have weekly check-in session where Strike Digital gives us a rundown of activities completed and progress on KPI's.

The most impressive thing about Stike Digital is the way they customize everything they do for our company. It truly feels like they are part of our team. We love how Strike Digital takes the time to educate us and make sure we understand everything about the process. They are very responsive and are always happy to provide advice or feedback. I’m a sales associate and a media buyer at a SaaS company with a mail management platform that automates mailrooms and streamlines mailing operations through an app. Customers can create virtual mailboxes and access their mail from wherever they are in the world. We needed help with PPC and digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Strike Digital is running conversion campaigns for us on Facebook and Instagram. They also run Smart campaigns on Google; the ads appear either on YouTube or on websites related to our services. We started at the top of the funnel, targeting different keywords. 

Additionally, they provide us with consulting services. The team gives us insight and recommends deliverables and content for us to create, such as videos. They’re hands-on in the creative process, and then our in-house marketing team implements the ideas. Strike Digital has access to our accounts and is constantly reviewing them.

We were part of an incubator and accelerator for startups, and Strike Digital worked for another company that came from there. The incubator recommended them. Strike Digital was in our country for a demo day where their other client gave their presentation, so we met the team in person and started up a relationship with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve closed three clients thanks to Strike Digital's campaigns. We weren’t getting many leads at first because we had no data. However, we’re getting relevant leads now as the algorithm optimizes. Additionally, we’ve already broken even with our investment. 

Stike Digital is very hands-on and willing to get technical if it comes to it. They’re also very creative and have a lot of insight into many different areas. Apart from their digital marketing insight, they have expertise in marketing in general and e-commerce, such as email campaigns, flow sequences, and Klaviyo.

How did Strike Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done well regarding project management. They’re always very present in our meetings, and they’re very communicative and helpful. We have weekly Zoom meetings with them and communicate via email. If we need more than one meeting in a week, they’re willing to schedule another session. Our company uses Notion, and every once in a while, we invite them to interact with us within the software.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

Strike Digital is very knowledgeable about strategy and tactics in both Facebok and Google. They know what they’re talking about and have insight into the platforms. Moreover, they take modern strategy approaches that aren’t outdated.

Nothing they need to improve comes to mind.

Come to the first meeting with a set view of what you want to achieve. The more prepared you are, the more valuable the answers, strategy, and insight Strike Digital will give you. Be very set on your goals, campaign strategies, and what you want to market before engaging with them.

Having handled Facebook advertising in-house for some years, we knew we needed expert help as we had lost our way following the changes and updates to Facebook. We hired Strike Digital for their FB expertise. Our goals were to revitalise our FB advertising and increase leads and sales.

Strike Digital was recommended to us by another ecommerce company. The partners have worked for Facebook and that was a deciding factor. However, it was clear from a Zoom call with David and Richard that they were extremely knowledgable, personable, data-led and great fun. Their enthusiasm for what they do shines through. The whole team were really impressed with them from day one.

They did a deep dive into our FB ads account to see where they could add value. They also took a look at our email accounts and Google ads account so that they had a good understanding of our paid traffic. They then set out a strategy for the FB campaign and advised the team on the type of creatives to design, before implementing and testing the ads against a target Roas. In addition, the rewrote the newsletter sign up form and all of our email flows. They worked quickly and flexibly.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We're still in the early stages of this FB campaign but already Strike Digital have made a difference. They have improved our newsletter sign up by a significant factor and we are seeing improvements in all the flows. Their overall advice has been superb and very welcome.

We use Slack to communicate and that works well. They have direct communication with our creative content producer and our developer. They have also set up Zoom regular calls with our Google Ads manager.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about them is their knowledge, dedication and accountability. With most agencies, you are aware that they are an agency and working to their own agenda, eking out their knowledge and skills. By contrast, Strike Digital feel like an extension of the Lily Blanche team. It is so easy to trust them and they have been generous with their time & their advice. They completely get the need to make every £1 invested in marketing work hard. It feels as if they are 100% on our side and wanting the best for our company and team. That's powerful stuff.

Strike Digital is helping us with Instagram and Facebook campaigns. They installed Pixel on the website, and we are in charge of the creation of content. They also helped with all the strategy settings and tracked the campaign metrics to see if we had any changes to make.

It’s a one-month campaign, and we’re not finished yet; we have a call coming up to plan other things. Since this was the company’s beginning, we didn’t want to put too much money into this campaign for the first try — we wanted to see how the sales would go.

Since it's going well, we're planning a long-term campaign; we’ve had 200 people clicking on the Facebook and Instagram Ads traffic banner link. We've had many people we didn't know that were reaching out to us to find the product and start following the Facebook and Instagram pages.

We started by communicating via email, and then we switched to WhatsApp because it was more manageable, and we’ve also done 2–3 Google Meets video calls.

David clearly explains why we were doing what we're doing, and I like that.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — I'm pretty happy with the results, and we decided to do another campaign with them.

Expectations were met. We have seen an increase in conversion on our contact forms that went from around 2 to 4 percent. Difficult to assess the ROI so far but at least a 4:1 output-input ratio.

We worked well together, but they could’ve done better with the project management. We interfaced through WhatsApp, email, and Zoom, but there were times where we experienced a lack of communication. However, when we approached them about it, they did improve. Strike Digital was also a startup, so they were learning how to conduct business as well. The insights they gave us were especially valuable. They also accommodated us by presenting the results the way we preferred and explaining their work to us. Overall, they were an adaptable team.

They’re very ambitious, and they have a deep understanding of marketing. Strike Digital’s services were good for the price. As a startup, price mattered to us — we were satisfied by the value for money.

The scope of work focused on end-to-end performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing, alongside the development of creative assets to support campaign execution. The primary objective was to drive new customer acquisition while also supporting our internal retention efforts through more effective lifecycle marketing. The agency acted as an extension of our internal team, which was particularly valuable given our small size.
