Strike Digital has been making strategies and running targeted ads on Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn. They’ve also helped with our website optimization by connecting various platforms to bring more operational efficiency to our marketing efforts. In addition to that, they help us put together everything regarding the wording of every ad to ensure that we’re getting the attention of potential clients that can later turn into them reaching out to us.

I mainly work with two members of their team.

I met one of the owners through a friend in common. We discussed their work and what their organization did — I was impressed with their experience, knowledge in big platforms like Facebook, and insight into their market.

We’ve spent around $15,000 with them so far.

We started working together in April 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve delivered a fantastic video that they produced during the launch of one of our campaigns. The video generated over 100,000 views within the first month, which helped us get more engagement and communication with potential clients — it’s been awesome.

How did Strike Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They provide monthly reports, and we have constant meetings. They also take their time to break everything down to our team and explain every technical aspect of the project. Additionally, their follow-up and ability to keep us on task and drive us forward is one of the best things.

They’re amazing. Strike Digital’s team is fun, dedicated, and committed to our organization to help us grow — it’s been a nice and genuine experience.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — they’ve been amazing, and it’s been a pleasure working with them.

It’s essential to provide them with the information they need regarding your brand, marketing, and sales strategy so they can fully understand your business and maximize their efforts to get the best results. Be prepared to give them all the material they need — the more you provide, the better the partnership will go.

What challenge were you trying to address with Strike Digital?

We just started our business two months ago, so we needed someone to help us set up our social media campaigns.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Strike Digital is helping us with Instagram and Facebook campaigns. They installed Pixel on the website, and we are in charge of the creation of content. They also helped with all the strategy settings and tracked the campaign metrics to see if we had any changes to make.

It’s a one-month campaign, and we’re not finished yet; we have a call coming up to plan other things. Since this was the company’s beginning, we didn’t want to put too much money into this campaign for the first try — we wanted to see how the sales would go.

I only talk to David (Co-Founder), but his colleague also helps him and gives him advice.

I met David during my studies; he was the only person I knew that I could rely on for the task. I called him, and he was delighted to help us, so we decided to try him.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since it's going well, we're planning a long-term campaign; we’ve had 200 people clicking on the Facebook and Instagram Ads traffic banner link. We've had many people we didn't know that were reaching out to us to find the product and start following the Facebook and Instagram pages.

How did Strike Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We started by communicating via email, and then we switched to WhatsApp because it was more manageable, and we’ve also done 2–3 Google Meets video calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

David clearly explains why we were doing what we're doing, and I like that.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — I'm pretty happy with the results, and we decided to do another campaign with them.

Explain what you want and what you're aiming for. If you're clear with David, he'll do his best to reach that goal.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online and tapped into our network. We selected Strike based on the fact that they are a young and dynamic team with a convincing background in the advertising space. They were able to structure our thoughts and put together a plan that made sense.

Before we signed a contract we had multiple video calls with Strike. Getting to know each other, have a basic understanding of each other; discussing our ideas and goals; they came up with a plan; discussed this plan; final proposal.

Both the owners worked together on this deal.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Expectations were met. We have seen an increase in conversion on our contact forms that went from around 2 to 4 percent. Difficult to assess the ROI so far but at least a 4:1 output-input ratio.

We are having weekly meetings to discuss progress. David and richard are very fast in responding to any questions I had so far.

Their owners are super friendly and smart. Really impressed with their efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Strike Digital provided a range of services for us. The team first redesigned our website, and then they came up with a marketing plan for us. The team basically created and took control of our social media accounts, specifically Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. They also set up campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. To help us get more engagement, they also produced short videos to post on our social media.

Thanks to Strike Digital's work, we got more followers and engagement on our social media accounts. They produced videos that were eye-catching and effective. The team's advice really helped us build our brand.

How did Strike Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We worked well together, but they could’ve done better with the project management. We interfaced through WhatsApp, email, and Zoom, but there were times where we experienced a lack of communication. However, when we approached them about it, they did improve. Strike Digital was also a startup, so they were learning how to conduct business as well. The insights they gave us were especially valuable. They also accommodated us by presenting the results the way we preferred and explaining their work to us. Overall, they were an adaptable team.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very ambitious, and they have a deep understanding of marketing. Strike Digital’s services were good for the price. As a startup, price mattered to us — we were satisfied by the value for money.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Aside from the minor communication problems, my only concern was that they seemed to be telling us how to run our business at times. They were coming at it from a different angle than we were, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, I’d recommend them with no hesitation.
