the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m one of the two directors of Silverback Gymwear, an online e-commerce gym clothing in the strongman and strongwoman markets. We’re based in the UK, but we sell internationally.
What challenge were you trying to address with Strike Digital?
We needed help with paid marketing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Strike Digital manages all of our paid marketing campaigns, looking after our ad spend on Google, Shopify, Facebook, and Instagram. The ads that they run on Google Ads display across the Display Network, the Google Search Console, and YouTube.
Strike Digital also helps us with email marketing, leveraging Klaviyo to create and automate the campaigns. Overall, their team is in charge of coordinating our paid campaigns to ensure they’re efficient so that we spend our advertisement money as well as we can.
From a strategic perspective, Strike Digital helps us coordinate and synchronize all of our different paid campaigns to ensure we have a presence from the very top of the funnel. As part of this effort, their team creates marketing strategies and presents them to us. After we approve those strategies, they deploy them.
As for the campaigns themselves, our in-house creative team puts together the campaign content, and Strike Digital helps us run the campaigns. However, if we’re marketing our catalog, they pull those images themselves from our website. Additionally, they help us ensure we’re following industry best practices, so our creative team is constantly following their recommendations around content development.
What is the team composition?
We work with Richard ad David (Co-Founders).
How did you come to work with Strike Digital?
We usually get approached every day by various agencies trying to win our business. However, we were the ones that reached out to Strike Digital after finding them on Google. After reviewing their website, we set up a Zoom call during which they introduced themselves and talked about their work and background.
We engaged with Strike Digital on a trial basis after that call, which is something we do with any contractor. They exceeded our expectations, so we kept working with them. Their flexibility was actually another of the reasons why we hired them; they didn’t tie us into a contract.
Other companies wanted to engage with us on 6–12-month contracts paid upfront. However, we thought that if a company were as good as they said they were, we wouldn’t be tied to a contract, and we would like to keep coming back to them month after month. We discovered that this was Strike Digital’s work model, and that model worked very well for them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around €10,000 (approximately $11,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in October 2022, and our engagement is ongoing. We’ll continue to work with them as long as our engagement works for us.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Strike Digital’s campaigns are performing excellently. Before working with them, we were running our own paid advertising campaigns, and our return on ad spend (ROAS) had dropped to about 3.3.
When we first brought Strike Digital on board, our key deliverable from a financial perspective was to get a ROAS of four. This requirement was detailed in the brief that we originally provided them with. Within days of working with them, our ROAS almost doubled. Currently, we’re getting a ROAS of close to nine, more than doubling what we asked them to achieve.
How did Strike Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
Strike Digital’s performance has been excellent. Our trial project went completely well, and they understood very well where we were and where we had been spending our money. Ultimately, they delivered everything on time, and their presentation was very well-organized.
Strike Digital is very approachable and personable, and they’re very clear about what they do. We talk to them once or twice a week via Zoom or Google Meet, and we have a Slack channel where we can communicate.
Moreover, they have their own reporting portal to which we can log in to see results from our Facebook, Instagram, Google, Klaviyo, and Shopify campaigns. Using this tool, we can see our ads’ performance in real time.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’re very impressed with Strike Digital’s services overall. They’re a relatively small company with an excellent background in Google and Meta. Moreover, they’re very knowledgeable about the services they offer, backing up what they promise with excellent results. Their team has delivered everything they’ve promised us to date, which is outstanding.
Strike Digital doesn’t try to sell something they’re not experts in. For example, we’re looking into advertising on TikTok next year. Although they have some experience using it, they don’t sell those services because they’re not experts.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Although there are always areas of improvement, Strike Digital has done an amazing job so far. I can only advise them to be careful not to dilute as they grow and acquire more clients. Their biggest selling points are their experience and performance, so they need to ensure to keep that value proposition as their business grows.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Meet them and get to know them to understand their expertise. If you decide to go with them, trust them because there is a major trust component involved in the success of these kinds of projects.

Achieving a ROAS of 13 for Seagreen Boutiques
Project Overview
Seagreen are Ireland-based women’s fashion boutique. Well-renouned across the country, they have two physical stores in Monkstown and Ranelagh, as well as an e-commerce website. They underwent a huge online expansion during the 2020/21 lockdown, which forced a lot of physical stores to close temporarily. Upon reopening, they sought to maintain the levels of online revenue they had achieved over the previous year.
Seagreen partnered with Strike Digital to increase online sales from advertising across Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
Project Execution
Having analysed Seagreen’s ad accounts across the various channels, we could see a lot of room for improvement in terms of creatives, copy, & campaign objectives used in the past. We highlighted these opportunities to the Seagreen team, and requested to receive creatives based on their best selling brands - Anine Bing, and Veja. We know from experience that leveraging the most famous brands in the store would drive up our traffic, giving us more chances to convert the customer in the future through retargeting with the entire range of Seagreen’s collections.
From there after agreeing on ad copy, we launched our campaigns across Ireland on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
Results
For 2022, we’ve achieved a ROAS of 13, which was over €400k in online revenue, from a spend of €30k.
On Google alone, we achieved a ROAS of over 18, with nearly €300k of sales coming from the platform.

Increasing Revenue for Paul Sheeran Jewellers
Project Overview
We contacted Paul Sheeran Jewellers with a plan to increase their in-store engagement ring appointments and online luxury watch sales. The PS team liked our proposal and so Strike Digital got to work creating campaigns with specific calls to action that would aim to increase Paul Sheeran Jewellers' revenue in the multiple luxury verticals they service.
Project Execution
We promoted specific luxury watch brands such as TUDOR, IWC and more, following schedules provided to us by both the brands and PS. We also worked with PS's marketing team to choose the most relevant engagement ring images and ran campaigns promoting engagement ring appointment booking. Since Paul Sheeran Jewellers have incredibly skilled goldsmiths in-house, we wanted to capture the customisation that they can provide by showcasing a recent ring design they created.
For both watch sales and engagement ring appointments, we implemented ads across Facebook, Google and Instagram with niche targeting in acquisition and a robust retargeting audience too.
Results
Specific results are protected under NDA but website sales have increased significantly since we partnered and engagement ring appointments were their highest that year after just one month of our campaigns.
We also increased the company's awareness surrounding the new boutique luxury watch centre opening off Grafton Street in November 2022. There will be six individual boutiques which is a first for watch brands in Ireland. Cartier, Breitling, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Panerai and TAG Heuer will all have their own shops which will be promoted by Strike Digital on digital platforms across Ireland.

Doubled NorBlack NorWhite's Revenue in Month 1!
Project Overview
NorBlack NorWhite was born out of paying respect to the past, questioning the present and creating for the future. They naturally evolved into a cultural platform that explores the grey space of culture, and has always prioritized women and independent POC voices and artists long before they became buzzwords.
NBNW partnered with Strike to increase their monthly revenue, email signups and maintain a target ROAS.
Project Execution
Once we examined the campaigns that NBNW had run in the past, using our experience from working with scaling similar brands we highlighted growth opportunities in audiences, creatives and objectives within the Facebook, Google and TikTok ads managers. We then sent a campaign structure to the NBNW team who approved the launch, shared their creatives and we implemented the funnel we had designed.
The campaigns ran in both the USA and Australia and we helped NBNW engage new customer segments and nurture former purchasers into making repeat purchases with creative messaging.
Results
In the first month of Strike Digital campaigns, NBNW had their best online revenue month since starting 10 years ago.
We doubled their monthly revenue and with our Klaviyo pop-up forms, we grew their email sign up rates from 0.80% to over 6%.
Their Instagram following grew sustantially and went from 72k to 100k after just 4 months of collaboration.

Increased monthly Revenue by 607% for Zoli99
Project Overview
Zoli99 is a famous Belgian interior design brand. Their presence is constantly growing and currently, they have four, large physical stores and a busy e-commerce website. They have a catalogue of over 30.000 products selling couches, dining sets, lighting fixtures, garden sets, and much more. Their mission is to keep expanding and to meet the design and decoration needs of everyone, even the most demanding interior designers.
Zoli99 partnered with Strike Digital to increase its website revenue by advertising on multiple social media platforms. They also wanted to grow their brand across international markets as well as promote their multiple stores’ physical locations.
Project Execution
To increase revenue, Strike Digital created a list of the most engaged audience segments that Zoli99 had, and started targeting these with optimized conversion ads on multiple platforms. We implemented multi-level retargeting campaigns to send cold, non-converting audiences down the conversion funnel to improved Zoli99’s conversion rates. Store promotion in Belgium was a challenge as there are three national languages, but our multilingual team and the use of machine translation software solved this challenge. We ran multi-platform brand awareness campaigns to increase Zoli99’s social media following and brand recognition.
Results
The objective was to increase revenue while maintaining and improving Zoli99's ROAS (return on ad spend) and the project was largely successful.
In 6 months Strike Digital:
- Increased revenue from €485k to €3.43m per month
- Increased ROAS from 5.70 to 15.30
- Increased purchases by 483% from 3.29k to 19.2k

Increasing Serena's email sign-up rate by 730%
Project Overview
Serena Boutiques wanted to increase their email sign-up rate so they would have more engaged customer segments. We recommended and set up Klaviyo Email & SMS for them. The objective was to improve the customer experience by sending more relevant communication from the company to specific segments of customers. Serena Boutiques wanted to increase the number of repeat customers they had as well as to have re-targeting with custom flows.
Project Execution
We set up custom email flows such as a welcome flow, a thank you flow, and more to increase the relevant touchpoints that the company was having with its consumers. We also re-structured the website email collection form and pop-up to make it more enticing for consumers to join their mailing lists. We also created email templates that would dynamically feature products that their consumers had browsed in emails sent to them. Finally, we created custom audience segments such as VIP customers who made over a specific amount of purchases and also individual product segments that include all the people who bought a specific brand or product. Using those dynamic segments we planned potential campaigns that could be sent to them in order to generate repeat purchases.
Results
Using our targeted email collection forms we increased sign-ups from 0.73% to 6% in month one.
This increased their email sign-ups considerably in the run-up to the busiest part of the year.

ROAS of nearly 50 for an Ziyaz Furniture on Google
Project Overview
Ziyaz is a leading South-American furniture and interior design company. One of the top retailers within their field, they have multiple stores across the metropolitan Lima area. Peru was unfortunately a country extremely badly affected by Covid in 2020, which forced Ziyaz to expand the e-commerce size of their business.
Ziyaz approached Strike Digital to boost their online revenue through advertising, and take more dependence away from their brick-and-mortar sales.
Project Execution
Ziyaz had run Google Ads before our partnership, which allowed us to examine previous campaigns from which we could build our structure. Most of their previous campaigns were run under the “Traffic” objective, which while logical, and will bring a high level of clicks, will not achieve the optimal level of sales. Taking this into account, we focused our efforts on Conversion campaigns which would be optimised for Purchases, across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube. We broke down their products by best sellers, and put these at the forefront of our offering and creatives, knowing we could retarget users after they click with a larger variety of products.
After fixing their Google Tag which had been incorrectly installed on their website, we agreed on our campaign structure, budget and copy, and launched the campaigns across Peru.
Results
For €3,000 spent, we brought in a revenue of €147,000. This is a ROAS of just under 50 which is far above industry standards for conversion campaigns.

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m an executive for an industrial clothing material manufacturer and distributor.
What challenge were you trying to address with Strike Digital?
We needed assistance with ad placement on social media for the benefit of enhancing our e-commerce division. We wanted more exposure for our online products.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We gave them content to start because we had a lot of content we’d prepared in previous years that was ready to go but hadn’t been used. They post on Facebook and Instagram and run ads on Google. Strike Digital is helping us find direction for campaigns and understand where we want to take our ads. They’re also creating messaging along with the ads we’re posting.
They’ve worked on our Black Friday campaign, and they’ve also been working with our website designers to enhance our website and customer experience.
What is the team composition?
We work with three people from Strike Digital.
How did you come to work with Strike Digital?
They reached out to our company via email, and we set up a Zoom call to uncover our needs. They explained to us their business offerings and took us through a presentation of previous projects they worked on, while educating us on new marketing strategies.
We felt like we could trust their company and that it would be a great fit, so we moved forward with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested around $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in October 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve seen a 500% increase in our e-commerce business, and our online traffic from people interested in our products from cold calls and emails has gone up as well. So far, Strike Digital has done everything they said they would do.
How did Strike Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
They provide us with excellent project management and stay within our budget. We usually meet twice a week over Zoom, and they give us weekly reports and updates; we communicate via email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We know they want us to succeed, and they offer helpful suggestions and ideas to push us in that direction. Strike Digital is great about incorporating feedback and our ideas. We think that they’re incredibly honest and trustworthy people. It's a very collaborative effort, and we feel like they have our best interests at heart.
We live an ocean away from each other, but we trust them, and it has turned out to be a good relationship. We know that our partnership has the potential to be a very long-term relationship, and they’re a pleasure to work with.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We’re satisfied with everything they're doing right now.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have a lot of content ready because it's a big undertaking. The bigger budget you have, the more success you’re going to have.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am co-founder and CEO at Otaku Lamps, a brand that illuminates fan favorite moments by producing high-quality pop culture merchandise. Otaku Lamps is officially licensed with animation, gaming, and production studios to create a variety of collectible lighting products.
For what projects/services did your company hire Strike Digital, and what were your goals?
We hired Strike Digital to manage our search, social, and email marketing campaigns. Our goal with Strike Digital is to scale our business and leverage professional marketing techniques that we would not have done otherwise.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We do not typically respond to solicitations from digital marketing companies, however there was something about the outreach from Strike Digital that came across much more professional and informed than your typical marketing firm. After asking a series of questions, they eased all of our concerns and we ultimately decided that they have all of the skills and tools to take our business to the next level.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
After discussing our current business operations, products, and general business model, the team at Strike Digital came up with a customized set of search and social media marketing campaigns that fit our objectives. We primarily market on Instagram, Facebook/Meta, and Google and one of the benefits to Strike is that the leading team has previous experience working at Meta, so they are aware of all of the new developments and marketing strategies that work for companies like mine.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We primarily work with two marketing managers. One of the things that we like about Strike is that each one has their own domain that they manage. One of the managers oversees our search campaigns, while the other oversees the social campaigns.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Our online sales were up 433% during the first two months working with Strike as compared to the previous period. In Facebook/Instagram advertising, our ROAS increased from 4.26x to 7.44x during the first two months as well.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow between our team and Strike Digital is the best that we have seen from a digital marketing company. We have frequent meetings to make sure that everyone is on the same page. We have new product releases all of the time, so it has been critical that we always stay up to date with each other.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They go above and beyond for a marketing company. They really make sure to learn about your niche and customer base. We have worked with others in the past, however we have never seen the level of engagement or success we have with Strike Digital.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I would say that one area of improvement would be to expand expertise and management into other social media platforms.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm manager of a multi brand concept store, stocking international brand.
For what projects/services did your company hire Strike Digital?
We hired Strike Digital to build our E-Commerce store and brand awareness across Ireland. During Covid our e-commerce site grew in revenue we decided to build on this after Covid. Strike was responsible for the management of Social & Google Digital ads on a weekly basis.
How did you select this vendor?
They came to us via a referral, due to their experience in Facebook we thought they would be the best fit. There was familiar with the brand and had worked with retailers previously.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
After meetings with the team and discovery on the brand and examples of other companies, we made week to week plan of ads. This included senior management and our Ecommerce team to design the ads. Discussion around budgets etc happened weekly, We received weekly reports on ROAS etc. And then we would have bi weekly zoom meetings to discuss in more detail each ad and performance, we would discuss further plans for ads.
What was the team composition?
The marketing team and senior management would have meeting with Strike on bi-weekly basis, here feedback was given to each other.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Due to third-party cookies, it is very hard to see true results overall, we have seen increases on web average sales, and some projects had really good ROAS.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Overall the workflow was very successful, the team at strike were always very helpful with any question or issues that arose over our time in working together.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their knowledge of our ecommerce platform, BigCommerce can provide it owns challenges however the team was always ahead of any issues, raising the problems and trying to resolve them before they came to us. Their commitment to understanding the business model, as an independent company they were very understanding of our smaller team and able to take on extra work when needed.
Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?
Strategy planning can be challenging for a smaller business, as a smaller business our stock would sell out quite quickly. This was always a challenge, also understanding the ROAS proved to be quite tricky for us, as reports always seem to have a large ROAS. which is good, however we strongly believed our own social channels had a good conversion rate.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the E-commerce and Strategy Lead for an e-commerce store. We're at www.norblacknorwhite.com. We are a creative agency, developing our own textiles and silhouettes and everything in between, so a lot of what we make is unconventional and unique!
For what projects/services did your company hire Strike Digital, and what were your goals?
Because our product is unconventional, over the years we've developed a community that understands our purpose. As we grew, we were looking to reach out to more people like our current audience, and expand our customer base. We hired Strike Digital for the same, to build out a plan and implement our social media strategy and marketing for all relevant platforms.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We spoke to our friends in similar sectors and asked for their recommendations. A lot of them recommended Strike, and we spoke to David and Richard and really liked their vibe and how much they immediately understood us and our needs.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
We start by getting on a call with them where we discuss the next drop or campaign, or what we want to focus on for this month. Here we discuss what platforms we’ll be advertising on, as well as what the creatives for these will be. Based on how our ads in the current group are doing, we come up with a strategy for the new ones, one that decided the creatives as well as groups and sets we want to target. Once the creatives are ready, the Strike Team sets us and runs the ads for us. They then monitor these daily and make edits if necessary weekly after discussing the results with us. The SD team has also set up a couple of marketing tools for us, including Klaviyo, which was greatly helped us since reaching out to our customers strategically is something we aim to do always.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with an account manager, a social media consultant, as well as an email marketing specialist.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The campaigns so far have been immensely helpful! We’ve almost doubled our monthly revenue and reached out to a bigger community than we were honestly expecting. Klaviyo has also become a huge email marketing tool for us, and we learn new every single day.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
So far, totally great! They’ve been responsive at all times, both on emails and video meetings. Whenever we have questions, their response is quick and in-depth. Apart from our regular twice a month meetings, they’re available as and when we request a meeting.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They are a one-stop shop for every e-commerce need! Right from digital marketing to strategy to email; marketing to community and online shop building tools, they know it all! David and Richard are also amazing people to work with and make everything very easy for us.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Love working with them! So far, won't change a thing.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner and CEO of Nevaire.
What challenge were you trying to address with Strike Digital?
We need more job leads, so we hired Strike Digital.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Strike Digital is running our PPC efforts through Google and Facebook Ads. They’ve set up the accounts on my site so I can have control of them. Strike Digital educates me on what they’re doing and why it is effective. We also discuss our strategy in meetings, altering budgets, keywords, or targets. Once we have more technicians, we’ll start using Strike Digital’s social media marketing services.
What is the team composition?
I work with Strike Digital’s two founders.
How did you come to work with Strike Digital?
I worked with a local company, but the partnership was very passive — they never contacted me. I hired Strike Digital after they were an advisor at an accelerator program I did.
How much have you invested with them?
We invest around $500 a month with Strike Digital — our total spend now is about $1,500.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in February 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I’ve had a lot of success with Strike Digital with a small budget considering how many jobs we’re getting per click. For every dollar we spend, we make about $300. We’ve seen a massive increase in our conversions, which are 4.7%–5.5%. Our clicks cost less than $0.50 — their keyword targeting is great.
How did Strike Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
Strike Digital has excellent project management — they keep me in check when I get distracted. Typically, we communicate through email and Zoom meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Strike Digital really understands our product. They don’t use fancy marketing words to confuse us; they clearly display their industry knowledge.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Strike Digital is currently working on addressing the feedback I already gave them. They’re creating a dashboard to consolidate the project.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I’d advise customers to have all their materials ready before going into a meeting with Strike Digital.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the co-founder of an HR Tech startup. We are an employee rewards program that works with SMB's all over the world to better company culture, retention and productivity. We are new to the space and offer a first of its kind solution to remove cell phone distractions in the deskless workforce. We focus on communicating to business owners and c-level executives via social media.
For what projects/services did your company hire Strike Digital, and what were your goals?
We hired Strike Digital to create brand awareness and trust online. Our main goals were educating prospects about the company then presenting ourselves as the best solution. We also needed help to actually learn the best channels and strategies to use digital marketing for our company. Our goals were to spread the word about the company, have the public trust the company and get more clients via inbound leads.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We choose Strike Digital because of their knowledge and customer service. The first time we spoke to the team they were so helpful and took the time to listen and make educated decisions. Everyone on my team has no background in digital marketing and Stike Digital was very considerate of that.
Even before we were their clients, they took the time to give us ideas and tips and let us know that throughout the process they would care enough about our company to teach us the procedure and explain everything so we would understand the work being done for us.
Strike Digital was also very timely in responding, clear in objectives and way more creative, knowledgeable and friendly than any other marketing company we had spoken too.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
Scope of work includes onboarding and setting KPI's. My team was not experienced in marketing and Strike Digital took the time to educate us on the process needed in depth. We currently have Facebook and google ad campaigns run by Strike Digital. My team is completely hands off and Stike handles everything. This includes weekly update meetings and extra brainstorming to give me ideas of new and creative ways to stand out from the competition.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We have worked with Facebook Ads expert and Google Ads expert.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
All campaigns have been successful. We have increased our visits to the website by 300%. Before starting with Strike Digital and had 1 visit to the website in January and we Strike grew us to 1,456 visits in April. We have had ads with over 19k views and have converted more site visitors to prospects and clients than ever before in the company.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had a very thorough onboarding session which completely explained the process and expectations and after that we have weekly check-in session where Strike Digital gives us a rundown of activities completed and progress on KPI's.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The most impressive thing about Stike Digital is the way they customize everything they do for our company. It truly feels like they are part of our team. We love how Strike Digital takes the time to educate us and make sure we understand everything about the process. They are very responsive and are always happy to provide advice or feedback. They make us feel like they truly care about us and our company's success and that is pricelss1
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We would not change anything about Strike Digital.

Digital Marketing & PPC for Mail Management Platform
“Strike Digital is very knowledgeable about strategy.”

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a sales associate and a media buyer at a SaaS company with a mail management platform that automates mailrooms and streamlines mailing operations through an app. Customers can create virtual mailboxes and access their mail from wherever they are in the world. Our plans consist of a monthly subscription licensing fee for our software, and we upsell our mailboxes.
What challenge were you trying to address with Strike Digital?
We needed help with PPC and digital marketing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Strike Digital is running conversion campaigns for us on Facebook and Instagram. They also run Smart campaigns on Google; the ads appear either on YouTube or on websites related to our services. We started at the top of the funnel, targeting different keywords.
Additionally, they provide us with consulting services. The team gives us insight and recommends deliverables and content for us to create, such as videos. They’re hands-on in the creative process, and then our in-house marketing team implements the ideas. Strike Digital has access to our accounts and is constantly reviewing them.
How did you come to work with Strike Digital?
We were part of an incubator and accelerator for startups, and Strike Digital worked for another company that came from there. The incubator recommended them. Strike Digital was in our country for a demo day where their other client gave their presentation, so we met the team in person and started up a relationship with them.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve invested $5,000 with Strike Digital.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in December 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve closed three clients thanks to Strike Digital's campaigns. We weren’t getting many leads at first because we had no data. However, we’re getting relevant leads now as the algorithm optimizes. Additionally, we’ve already broken even with our investment.
Stike Digital is very hands-on and willing to get technical if it comes to it. They’re also very creative and have a lot of insight into many different areas. Apart from their digital marketing insight, they have expertise in marketing in general and e-commerce, such as email campaigns, flow sequences, and Klaviyo.
How did Strike Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve done well regarding project management. They’re always very present in our meetings, and they’re very communicative and helpful. We have weekly Zoom meetings with them and communicate via email. If we need more than one meeting in a week, they’re willing to schedule another session. Our company uses Notion, and every once in a while, we invite them to interact with us within the software.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Strike Digital is very knowledgeable about strategy and tactics in both Facebok and Google. They know what they’re talking about and have insight into the platforms. Moreover, they take modern strategy approaches that aren’t outdated.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Nothing they need to improve comes to mind.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Come to the first meeting with a set view of what you want to achieve. The more prepared you are, the more valuable the answers, strategy, and insight Strike Digital will give you. Be very set on your goals, campaign strategies, and what you want to market before engaging with them.

Please describe your company and your position there.
Lily Blanche https://www.lilyblanche.com/ is an award-winning British jewellery company, specialising in engraved photo lockets and personalised birthstone jewellery. "A lifetime of love in a locket".
For what projects/services did your company hire Strike Digital, and what were your goals?
Having handled Facebook advertising in-house for some years, we knew we needed expert help as we had lost our way following the changes and updates to Facebook. We hired Strike Digital for their FB expertise. Our goals were to revitalise our FB advertising and increase leads and sales.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Strike Digital was recommended to us by another ecommerce company. The partners have worked for Facebook and that was a deciding factor. However, it was clear from a Zoom call with David and Richard that they were extremely knowledgable, personable, data-led and great fun. Their enthusiasm for what they do shines through. The whole team were really impressed with them from day one.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
They did a deep dive into our FB ads account to see where they could add value. They also took a look at our email accounts and Google ads account so that they had a good understanding of our paid traffic. They then set out a strategy for the FB campaign and advised the team on the type of creatives to design, before implementing and testing the ads against a target Roas. In addition, the rewrote the newsletter sign up form and all of our email flows. They worked quickly and flexibly.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We work directly with Richard and David who have been generous with their time and advice
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We're still in the early stages of this FB campaign but already Strike Digital have made a difference. They have improved our newsletter sign up by a significant factor and we are seeing improvements in all the flows. Their overall advice has been superb and very welcome.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We use Slack to communicate and that works well. They have direct communication with our creative content producer and our developer. They have also set up Zoom regular calls with our Google Ads manager.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The most impressive thing about them is their knowledge, dedication and accountability. With most agencies, you are aware that they are an agency and working to their own agenda, eking out their knowledge and skills. By contrast, Strike Digital feel like an extension of the Lily Blanche team. It is so easy to trust them and they have been generous with their time & their advice. They completely get the need to make every £1 invested in marketing work hard. It feels as if they are 100% on our side and wanting the best for our company and team. That's powerful stuff.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
It's early days with this team but I really can't think of anything. They are very impressive.
The ad campaigns managed by Strike Digital are performing extremely well, taking the client’s ROAS from 3.3–9. The team is very understanding, timely, communicative, and organized, and they’ve demonstrated impressive knowledge in their work. Additionally, they always deliver on their promises.
