Since onboarding, the agency has helped us strategically map and connect our broader digital ecosystem, including Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, SEO, Shopify optimization, Meta, TikTok, and email marketing. They have played a key role in streamlining our Shopify experience, identifying operational and UX improvements, and helping unify branding and messaging across channels. They have also supported the setup and optimization of foundational email marketing flows, helping us begin gathering cleaner customer data and building a stronger retention infrastructure. On the paid media side, they continue supporting Meta and TikTok initiatives, including ongoing TikTok Shop implementation efforts. What has stood out most is not only their technical knowledge and strategic understanding of digital growth systems, but their ability to problem-solve collaboratively, navigate complex integrations, and approach challenges in a highly responsive and human-centered way.

While discussions and planning began in January, the majority of the systems, integrations, and campaigns only went live approximately one month ago, so we are still currently in the initial data collection and learning phase before full-scale optimization begins. That said, we are already seeing encouraging early indicators across multiple areas of the business, including: * Increased overall sales performance * Improved rollout and activation of digital channels * Higher purchase activity across key product flows * Stronger integration and functionality between platforms * Improved infrastructure for paid media, email marketing, and retention * Better visibility into customer behavior and funnel performance At this stage, the focus has primarily been on building a scalable and measurable digital ecosystem, ensuring accurate tracking, proper integrations, and foundational systems are in place to support long-term optimization and growth. Early results across the board have been positive, and we anticipate stronger measurable performance as more data is collected and campaigns continue to mature.

The team has demonstrated strong project management throughout the engagement, especially considering the complexity of the technical integrations and the number of moving parts involved across platforms such as Shopify, Google Merchant Center, Meta, TikTok, Klaviyo, and SEO. They have generally delivered items in a timely manner and have remained highly responsive whenever priorities shifted or unexpected technical challenges arose. More importantly, they have been proactive in helping troubleshoot issues, coordinating integrations, and adapting workflows as new business needs emerged. One of their strongest qualities has been their communication and ability to meet us where we are operationally. Rather than taking a rigid approach, they have consistently been collaborative, solution-oriented, and highly supportive throughout the process. Even during more technical or complicated implementation phases, they remained accessible, patient, and focused on finding practical solutions that aligned with our goals.

The most impressive aspect of working with the team has been their ability to combine strong technical knowledge with creativity and strategic thinking. They not only understand the technical side of digital ecosystems, integrations, paid media, SEO, Shopify, and retention marketing, but also know how to approach these areas in a creative and brand-conscious way. Equally important has been their level of service and support throughout the process. They have consistently been patient, collaborative, and willing to walk us through systems, processes, and technical implementations as many times as necessary to ensure clarity and confidence from our side. Their ability to problem-solve while maintaining a highly human and supportive approach has made them feel like true partners rather than simply an external agency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Strike Digital could have done differently?

One operational challenge has simply been the time zone difference, since we are based in the U.S. and their team is based in Europe. That said, they have still remained very responsive and communicative, and we do have enough overlap in working hours to keep projects moving efficiently. Occasionally, certain approvals or technical items may take an extra day due to the time difference, but overall the team has done a great job staying available and proactive despite the geographic distance. Honestly, the only real solution at this point might be getting part of their team over to the U.S. too — or cloning them, as I’ve jokingly remarked a few times already!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Measurable outcomes include fast deliverability of activation, things change very last minute in the organisation I'm in and Strike were able to accomodate that. They also delivered over 7000 conversions via Paid search and over 4000 for Meta.
The measurable outcomes were increased revenue and conversions from paid media and to prove the value of these channels in a cynical business who were untrusting of agencies and investing in paid media. Strike's deliverables have led to a longer partnership and have demonstrated the value of paid media channels.

They started by auditing the accounts, highlighling key areas of interest or potential and delivering campaigns in accordance. Reporting improvements. We're a visual business. Would be great to get reports on specific ad performance for meta. Showing ad type, audience, impressions, clicks etc. A simple report that I could give to creative teams so they can produce more of what is working.

I’m the marketing and communications manager for Irish Tax Rebates. We handle over 200,000 taxpayers’ income tax returns every year. Our goal is to maximize the rebate potential and ensure that there is a tax rebate for them to receive every year.

We wanted an agency that could do it all. Our main goal was to keep our cost per conversion down. The industry was constantly changing, and we were constantly reacting to new rules that came in. We wanted to find somebody that could help us adapt and react quickly.

Strike Digital manages all of our paid marketing campaigns. They manage our paid search and social media marketing on Meta, TikTok, Google, Taboola and Bing. They also handle our internal and external email marketing campaigns.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We're in our busiest period now. Strike Digital has successfully spent 50% less than what we spent last year. Our cost per conversion has also dropped by 50%, and our forms have risen by 9%. Despite spending less, we're getting better results than ever.

How did Strike Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They're excellent. We're such a unique company, but they take it in their stride every time we have a new change. Even though some things might seem easier, they never let anything take priority. They use Slack to communicate, so contacting them with any queries is easy. They always get back to us very quickly. We have a call every three weeks with all four members of the team and David.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

All of them have been great, but Laura stands out. We're constantly throwing more at her; she takes it on. At this stage, she's a tax expert.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We're impressed with their willingness to get to know our business. They could have just taken the ads and run with them, but they've really made sure to get involved at every stage. They know exactly what we're looking for. They've often made suggestions that don't have anything to do with the ads but would be good for our company. We find that very admirable.

I'm the CEO of two companies, one in Austria and the other in Switzerland. The one in Switzerland is called minibag.

It was quite difficult for us to stay on track with all the changes that Google and Meta do all the time because they're constantly changing their systems. Therefore, we decided to outsource a service provider who worked on those platforms all the time.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Strike Digital helps us with digital marketing for minibag, especially focusing on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Initially, we provided them with a brief to help them understand our needs and our business. The team has also offered SEO and other services, but we haven't required those.

For social media specifically, Strike Digital doesn't help us with content. They just place ads on Facebook and Instagram, but we create the content ourselves.

We work with four teammates from Strike Digital. Hillary (Paid Social Specialist) and George (Paid Search Specialist) are the ones we work with the most.

How did you come to work with Strike Digital?

They reached out to me via email. Often, service providers send email proposals. However, Strike Digital sent a very straightforward email telling the story of how they used to work for other companies and decided to create their own company.

How much have you invested with them?

Strike Digital normally likes to work for bigger companies than mine. They offer a package for around €2,500–€3,000 per month (approximately $2,700–$3,300 USD). As part of that package, they do everything related to digital marketing for their clients.

However, that deal was too expensive for my little company, so I reached a different deal with Strike Digital. Once a week, I have one hour of work with their specialists. They help me with issues and show me how to do things. That way, they don't do everything by themselves so that they can offer a cheaper price.

We started working together around February 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The results of our partnership have been evident. I worked with other agencies before, and as soon as they got their money, they really didn't care much. However, working with Strike Digital, I have the feeling that they care about my company. 

In paid advertising, it's easier and faster to reach great results when spending a lot of money on the ads. However, my budget is not very high, but Strike Digital always tries to figure out what works and what doesn't work, constantly making little changes to improve results. They know Google and Meta very well.

I would like to give a shout-out to Hillary and George. Before working with Strike Digital, Hillary worked for Meta, so it is very cool that the team has specialists at that level. George works on Google Ads, and Hillary works on Facebook and Instagram Ads. Still, they also interact with each other. For example, they discuss results and budgets. If a campaign is bringing more sales through Meta, they take some of the budget away from Google Ads and use it on Meta.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like Strike Digital's team spirit very much. Moreover, I like that they also have specialists in other areas. For example, we had issues with Klaviyo, and they brought an email marketing specialist. Overall, they're a very good company, so I can highly recommend them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing Strike Digital could improve on.

I don't have any particular advice. I can only recommend them because they're very good.

We needed support in managing our advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Strike Digital has created and executed our marketing strategy on Google Ads and Facebook. Our goal is to increase brand awareness and customers. We’ve provided Strike Digital with initial documentation, and the team has created our strategy based on interviews they’ve conducted with me about my business.

Additionally, Strike Digital has created email templates and implemented automated email campaigns.

Since partnering with Strike Digital, we’ve seen a 20% increase in our online sales. The team delivers good-quality work and integrates our suggestions. 

How did Strike Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Strike Digital delivers work on time and holds weekly meetings where they share a dashboard with our campaigns’ analytics. I can also log in to a project management tool where we can check the same dashboard and metrics, and Strike Digital is very informative. We communicate mainly through Slack and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Strike Digital’s biggest strength is their honesty — they’re a very transparent team.

I can’t think of anything for Strike Digital to improve.
