These channels include Slack, Trello, and conference calls. They’ve also been receptive to feedback and professional.
"“We’ve had a great working experience with them.”"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a doctor and the general manager at a med-tech company.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Streambe?

Our company had an opportunity to create a mobile app to provide patients and people with insurance policies and services through their mobile devices. We engaged Streambe to provide us with developers to support the project.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Streambe provides us with developers involved in the entire process from product conceptualization to coding. Our latest developments have been related to warehouse connection. We also have teams that provide technical support. At present, we’re working on an API that will help us standardize our distribution throughout Argentina.

What is the team composition?

A project manager has been assigned to a team of about 10 people with different job profiles.

How did you come to work with Streambe?

We had a list of service providers. I interviewed them and decided to work with the ones that inspired a high level of trust between us. Streambe was one of them.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our collaboration started in August 2021, and it’s ongoing.

Streambe has completely adjusted to our needs in terms of timing and quality.

We use Atlassian tools for project management, though we also use different channels with varying levels of management. For instance, I can communicate via email, while the development teams use Slack, Trello, and conference calls for day-to-day communications.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Streambe has many strengths. For one, they’re a young but highly professional team. They’re open to growth and always listen to recommendations and feedback. The team knows their technologies well, but we’re the ones who know more about our business. As a result, they listen to our opinions and try to understand our vision for the health business. That brings us a lot of peace of mind.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. We’ve had a great working experience with them. They’ve been highly receptive each time we communicate ideas for improvement with them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Whenever you outsource a business or process, make sure you know your business deeply. That way, you can provide clear guidelines to your partners. You can’t ask them to solve everything for you, so you have to understand your business and know what you truly want to change or improve.

Administrative Assistant, Banco de Neuquén

**The Review** — Sep 23, 2021

**Feedback Summary**: The client received several positive comments on the work that Streambe did on their digital update. They led a communicative and agile project and adapted to the team's inner processes through a friendly approach. The client also praised their capability to understand their vision and needs.
""They took every one of our challenges as if it was their own company.""

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there

I'm the Administrative Assistant of a local bank.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenges were you trying to address with Streambe?

We had to modernize our services because our clients preferred a custom and close service even though we’re a local bank. We had to create a new concept that would allow us to digitize the bank without losing that sense of closeness that we have with our clients.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

We worked with Streambeon on a long-term basis focusing on the migration of our services to digital platforms. One of our first projects was a campaign for an organic transformation that implied marketing and external and internal processes acceleration and changes, including digital and after marketing. To achieve this, they redesigned our institutional website, created a mobile app for sales and after-sales, and other commercial actions such as landing pages.

For the redesign of our website, we were looking to change the front end using the latest technologies and UI/UX design, so our request was to use HTML, CCs, and a self-managed backend.

What was the team composition?

At least five people were involved in the marketing team, including one of their co-founders. We also worked with a UX engineer and a few developers.

How did you come to work with Streambe?

We needed a seamless transition to digital services because it was important to us, and Streamble showed great initiative to help us achieve this.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January 2018–January 2019.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The partnership with Streambe was positive; we received many good comments from our clients on our social media about updating the website and our app. We did have some complaints from our clients because the network would stop working, but that was due to inconveniences on our home banking network and not the app.

How did Streambe perform from a project management standpoint?

They have a friendly approach as a team, and they are also very agile. Their team uses every communication channel there is to maintain formal and good communication. They're also open and flexible; that was very important for a company like ours because they could adapt to our inner processes with great optimism.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were able to understand our vision and needs on this digital transformation. Also, the project’s technological suitability was always accompanied by external communication spaces that would allow us to have a close and flexible approach with our clients. Their team showed outstanding commitment to the project's quality and taught us to manage and continue with the project ourselves.

In addition to that, they were available in the long term, especially during launching dates, to make any improvements or updates that we could need at the moment — they took every one of our challenges as if it was their own company.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on — they're constantly evaluating themselves and upgrading their services.

IT Manager, VIU
- Industry: Other industries

- Client size: 1-10 Employees
- Review Type: Phone Interview
- Verified

**The Review** — Mar 31, 2021

**Feedback Summary**: Two months into their ongoing collaboration, Streambe has already significantly helped the store with web features to improve their service. The team gets directly involved in the project, displaying legitimate interest. Their willingness and agile ability to solve problems have been crucial.
""Streambe really gets involved in the project, which makes the experience great."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m an IT manager at VIU, a women’s clothing store with about 40 stores that carry two brands.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Streambe?

We had a problem with all of our bag organizers we use to pack the clothes, and we didn’t have an inventory of it in our system. We needed Streambe to develop an application where we could organize this inventory for our stores.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Streambe developed our web application in two months. After that, we decided to hire them as our development partner because we didn’t have a development team in-house. We built several applications that are the point of sales and the ERP.

After 2017, we made several web applications that are for our main systems, like the point of sales and the ERP. In the last 3–4 years, we developed an application to replenish the clothes and an application for the tracking of the e-commerce orders that customers choose to pick up in our stores. We packed them in our warehouse, and we had to send them to the stores. We do that with our own transportation, so we track the orders to know when they reach the stores and when the customer picks them up. Streambe developed that tracking app as well.

We create our own clothes, and we have all the inventory of the things we need for the clothing production, like zippers, buttons, and others. Their team developed an inventory app for that. We continue to use them, and they’re on a monthly retainer with us.

What is the team composition?

We worked with the main lead and a tech lead. I don’t know the number of developers, but I never had issues with a person who didn’t perform well. The people we worked with were very good.

How did you come to work with Streambe?

Someone I worked with had referred them to me. We talked with 3–4 other companies and decided to work with Streambe because they gave us the best proposal.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than $10,000 on the first app.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April–June 2017 for the first app, and the work is still ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Streambe really gets involved in the project, which makes the experience great. Before them, we didn’t have any idea of the packaging inventory that we had. We had big issues because we’d have no bags in the store, which led to unhappy customers and the brand suffering. Now, we have online packaging inventory in every store, the replenishment is automatic, and we have alerts when the inventory reaches a certain point so that we can purchase more.

We also involved final users, which are the people from the stores and commercial area. In two months, we’ve had the application working.

How did Streambe perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve worked in an agile methodology in two-week sprints. We communicate daily, and they are fluent and very good in management, showing they can work with the final user.

What did you find most impressive about them?

In 25 years, I’ve worked with several development companies. What I like about Streambe is they really work as a partner, helping with any problem we might have and understanding our needs. Every two years, we have a crisis. Sometimes it’s difficult for us, and they understand and help us solve it fast, which has built a very good relationship with them. Moreover, they develop high-quality work, so we’re very happy with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

If we have a problem, we know we can talk to the owner, so I don’t have anything for them to improve right now.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It really works if you’re detailed about the analysis of the user needs. In our case, we do the functionality analysis in-house, and we really know what the user wants. When we talked with Streambe to develop that, they shared their ideas about the technology we could use. They defined our development technologies, and we got to hear their considerations, which has allowed for very detailed functionality.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Streambe?

As it was a complex tool, I needed help building a CRM system.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Streambe helped develop a CRM system that contained a lot of information for both internal and external users. They worked alongside our project managers and business analysts, but their team developed most of the software.

What is the team composition?

Each team featured two project managers, two analysts, and 2–3 developers. Although there were 8–10 people working on the project throughout its duration, there were 15 people or more working on it at times.

How did you come to work with Streambe?

I previously collaborated with them while working at another company. At the time, Streambe focused on IoT software and hardware development. They then shifted to focus on software development. I knew Streambe was flexible and had many contacts, so I reached out to them. We had several companies compete for this project but Streambe had the necessary resources and ability to complete the project faster than others.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together between October 2017–July 2019.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Streambe was able to adapt and meet all of our requirements for the project. They also managed all of the different voices involved in the project. There was a total of 10–15 different project owners who were key to our greater plan of integration. We needed to be able to communicate with different sectors through this one tool, and Streambe succeeded in doing so.

How did Streambe perform from a project management standpoint?

Streambe provided project managers who oversaw the entire project. We communicated via phone calls, Skype, and email but also had 1–2 meetings per week. Their team had daily meetings with everyone involved in the project. Their communication was great, and they managed everything transparently for us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Streambe was flexible, knowledgeable, and open. Their team handled the complex workload well, so we got results. They received a lot of requirements and managed to make the product happen.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We only had an issue with one person on their team who didn’t perform as needed. There was an issue in the selection process but Streambe quickly found a replacement for us. It only took 1–2 weeks.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be open with them. Streambe has the people, solutions, and experience to meet your needs. They’ll give you the best value possible if you’re open and talk to them about your goals.
