What challenge were you trying to address with Stratticus?

We needed to develop a new website for our organization, and we also needed assistance with our social media marketing (SMM) campaigns.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Stratticus has designed and developed our new website. They’ve designed it in line with our corporate brand. Since our site has a large amount of content, our priority was to create a smooth user journey. We launched the site in September 2022, and Stratticus is currently working on the second version, which will have more functionalities. Stratticus also offers us web maintenance and troubleshooting services. 

Moreover, Stratticus manages our SMM campaigns on Meta, including Facebook and Instagram.

What is the team composition?

Our main point of contact is Stratticus’ client director. We also work with a project manager for the website and an account manager for the SMM. Stratticus has professionals from different areas of expertise that have worked on our project, including web developers, SEO, and designers.

How did you come to work with Stratticus?

We found Stratticus through a recommendation. They originally pitched their work back in 2018 but weren’t successful then. However, Stratticus’ credentials meeting impressed us, so we kept their contact and reached out for this project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Stratticus in December 2021, and our partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The website developed by Stratticus has been well-received by our members and is supporting us in providing our organization’s information. We’re also about to conduct a survey on the new website to have more feedback.

About the SMM campaigns, we don’t have the results yet since the campaigns are still running. Overall, Stratticus has been great — we’re satisfied with their services. 

How did Stratticus perform from a project management standpoint?

Stratticus has stayed on budget. They’re responsive and understand our brand. We have regular meetings with Stratticus’ project manager and work in a collaborative way. 

Stratticus hasn't met some of the initial deadlines; however, we discussed this during the project’s development.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with Stratticus’ commitment to our project. Their team is highly responsive, which is really important to us. We also appreciate Stratticus’ strong design and creative skills.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only thing Stratticus can improve is their project management, particularly the reporting and documentation aspects. I’d like a more robust reporting system. Although we meet regularly to discuss the project's progress, if Stratticus uses project management tools, they can document the project better. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I definitely recommend working with Stratticus and having an in-house project manager during your engagement.

Sciex is a company manufacturing high tech instrumentation, MASS SPECTROMETRY, for the analysis of any molecule can be ionized. It´s used in different applications including pharmaceuticals, food and environmental, clinical and basic research. I´m the Market Development Manager for Pharma and Aftermarket.

We want to have an external view in the way we´re promoting and marketing our products, from the new instruments to service products. Our will was not only them to comment in how we´re doing our job today but also how to be more creative to approach the market from a different angle because all brands actually are doing similar campaigns.

It was a recommendation and after a first discussion we connected very well not only from the professional but also from the personal Point of View

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

First we went to discovery phase looking for the scope of the product, market to attack, competition, key components and differentiators of our product, market done till now, and what we want to communicate. After presentation of 4 options with open discussion. Once we decided for the final project, new discussion for refining. At the same time, we had a very detailed quote with all deliverables separated in blocks (including corresponding prices) to choose what we really want to sign Delivery of all materials.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They meet expectations with the different campaigns we have been working together, accomplishing w,ith all the points we discussed in our first meeting, Creativity, functionality, use and understanding of some rules from our internal design team... Good impact of the campaigns internally and to the Customers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective and responsive. Calls very well organized and structured. Very professionals but also approachable from the personal point of view. This is something that helps a lot in the communication and understanding in what they can offer and what we want as a Customers

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They can do a full campaign on digital marketing, including the imagery, message, and videos in a very short time. In one week after the first call they usually come back with 4 good different ideas to develop.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I can comment.

What challenge were you trying to address with Stratticus?

They provided web design services for my fundraising campaign.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I was raising money from the sales of sunflower seeds for Ukraine. They helped me develop and design a two-fold informative website to sell seeds online. They built it with Webflow and made sure the site was user-friendly, allowing me to maintain it myself since I’m not a tech-savvy person.

What is the team composition?

The promoter of the company oversaw everything, but I also worked with their design team.

What is the status of this engagement?

I worked with them from March–May 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They worked on the website for over six weeks, treating it like a commercial project that they were getting paid for. I received the website for free, and it helped us raise €350,000 (approximately $360,000 USD).

How did Stratticus perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated through emails and phone calls, and they always responded instantly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed with their genuine investment in the project. They did it purely as a philanthropic exercise because they wanted to help the victims of the war in Ukraine. They were also insistent on helping me with this project without anything in return.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There is absolutely nothing that I can think of. I can’t speak highly enough of all of them and their professional nature. They really listened, understood what we needed, and worked hard to find a long-term solution for us.

Be open to their magnificent and creative ideas — they have a fantastic creative team that can come up with exceptional concepts.

I'm Marketing Manager at SRO Solutions Ltd. We re-sell Maximo, an IBM-owned enterprise asset management software.

What challenge were you trying to address with Atticus Creative?

Last year, IBM announced that they would stop supporting legacy versions of Maximo. As a result, many of our customers would need to upgrade their Maximo application.

We have a custom tool that is able to help our customers upgrade to the newest version without downtime. We brought on Atticus Creative to develop a webpage that invites visitors to book a demonstration with one of our specialists.  

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Atticus Creative developed a sleek, scroll-down webpage that features different animated assets. The webpage is on our website and helps our specialists talk through how our tool works. Each page describes the tool’s features, and how it can help customers mitigate risk by preventing downtime. They also developed a form that would steer visitors towards different types of upgrades.

We worked with Sanjay (Owner) and David (Director). We worked most closely with David — he was responsible for delivering the project.

How did you come to work with Atticus Creative?

We found Atticus Creative through a consulting agency. We brought our problem to them and they set us up with several web design and development companies.  We viewed several proposals, but we chose Atticus Creative because their creative ideas blew us away. We loved what they had to offer, so we went with it.

How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about £13,000 (approximately $18,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working on the site in March 2021 and the project is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We plan to launch the site next week, so we don’t have metrics at this point. So far, we’ve received feedback from colleagues who have played around with the website and everybody has been very positive. Everybody loves how it works.

The site is very unique for our industry, which is exactly what we wanted. The site draws our users’ eyes and is a little bit out of our normal comfort zone. People definitely won’t forget our site.

How did Atticus Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

The entire project has gone smoothly. We’ve had a few calls, usually with David. In those calls, we discuss the nitty-gritty details of the site and how it would work. Generally, we communicate through Microsoft Outlook and Teams. They are easy to contact whenever we have questions or new ideas.

Overall, they’ve managed the project well. They’ve delivered everything as promised and in a timely manner.

Their team has been flexible as well. At one point, one of our key stakeholders needed to see the website, and Atticus Creative was exceptionally accommodating.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very creative. We were able to run with their ideas, and we’re really happy with the result.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There isn’t anything they should have done differently. We’re really happy with their work.

I’m the owner and director of ShimmerBlue, a South African-based clothing manufacturer that is focused on protecting the environment and promoting inner beauty. Rather than selling clothes to women so they would be beautiful, we want to tell women they’re already beautiful, but that our clothes will help them show their inner beauty.

What challenge were you trying to address with Atticus Creative?

As a new company, we needed to build our brand identity and wanted to make sure we had a clear definition of what the brand values were.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Over the course of several interviews, we identified our core values and how we could communicate them to customers. After our initial interview, they presented a set of options for us to choose from. Then we went through those options, selected a couple that we really liked, and tweaked their recommendations a little bit so it would fit our needs better.

Through this process, we came up with a number of taglines and phrases that we could use. They also provided logos and a positioning document that featured typography and email templates.

We’re very happy with what they did with the brand. Recently, we were able to deploy our website featuring all the work they did. Over the last few days, our marketing consultants have said that we have a premium, high-end brand.

Project management was excellent. They established project plans and communicated well. They frequently gave us updates on how things were progressing. Even though we usually communicated via email, we often had telephone calls to review their progress and address issues.

They were very intuitive. They were able to extract our core values and use images or phrases to accurately describe us.

How did you select Atticus Creative?

We received proposals from 3 brand and design agencies and Atticus Creative did the most thorough and strategically-strong job. In addition, they have great experience working with other B2B companies.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Firstly, Atticus Creative spent a significant amount of time doing brand research, interviewing a variety of different stakeholders (from sales and technical teams to senior leaders within the company).

They did it in a very efficient manner as well. They put a lot of effort into understanding the internal politics, which levers to pull, what drives people, etc. Then, they identified a couple of strategic territories where we could go to, based on the brand's USPs.

Once the core idea and strategic direction were agreed (the archetype of our brand), Atticus Creative developed the rest of the assets (copywrtied the statements, narrative, positioning, etc.).

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with the Managing Director and the Founder, as well as with their Brand Strategist.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received a lot of positive feedback from the Board of Directors, Senior Leadership, wider Marketing and Communications teams. Now, that we incorporate their work and outputs into wider marketing communications initiatives, campaigns, and assets. We saw a clear uplift in brand awareness and relevance.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We built a very strong partnership with Atticus Creative. They are reliable and proactive, which is exactly what you need when working with external parties and agencies.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Atticus Creative go above and beyond with every little task, which is a dream come true. They are 100 involved, proactive, energetic, and patient with 180 turns along the way (which often happened in our case).

I only wish them to grow more and grow stronger.

Their materials are really good. They deliver quality work.

How did Atticus Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

I really like the approach they’ve taken. When we decide to tackle of project, they interview us to understand what we want to achieve. Then they come up with 3–4 options for us to consider. They present each option over a video conference call so we can debate the pros and cons, make modifications, and ultimately, select one. We’ve been able to review everything, including the website and videos before they are launched.

They used an Excel spreadsheet to manage timelines. We have regular meetings to take a look at the timelines, assess where we are, what progress we’ve made, and what action items remain.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re good at what they do. They’re exceptionally creative.

The web development process could have been faster.

What challenge were you trying to address with Atticus Creative?

We wanted a complete marketing overhaul. We had positioned our company a certain way for several years, but we wanted to make some changes. We had a big competitor enter the space which prompted us to find someone to help us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’ve done quite a bit of work for us including working on our website. They’ve also been coming up with marketing strategies for our product launches, public announcements, social media presence, and conference marketing strategies.

For the website, they did a complete overhaul. The marketing message of the website was changed along with the look and feel. They provide regular updates for our network on LinkedIn and similar platforms. We also work with Aspen Alert, a well-known service in our industry. Aspen Alert provides us opportunities to showcase our product line and technology. Atticus Creative has been managing that as well.

We look at traffic on our website and our virtual conference platforms and the feedback we receive. Our customers have nothing but positive things to say. People have commented about how fresh the website looks. They appreciate the change in our marketing strategy. I don’t have specific quantitative metrics, but we often hear how appreciative our distributors are about the look and feel.

How did Atticus Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is where they really shine. They identify the stakeholders within our company for a particular project. They then reach out to all the stakeholders separately, talk to them about their motivation, and see the project succeeding. Based on all the information, they come up with a strategy. They put that together very comprehensively and share it with all stakeholders, and they get feedback from the stakeholders. 

They’re very open to feedback and criticism. I’ve been involved with projects with them where we’ve decided on one plan, but then have gone back to the drawing board because someone at our company wasn’t completely satisfied with it. They’re more than happy to go back to the drawing board and work to ensure everyone is completely satisfied.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The way they approach projects and their collaborative nature is what is most impressive. They are willing to understand what the business, the people, and clients are all about. They never hesitate to ask if they don’t understand a particular business aspect because our business is highly technical.

No. They’ve done all things correctly so far. They’ve been excellent.

Be very open with them. They’re open to criticism, feedback, and information. Share as much as you can with them. They’re a trustworthy bunch. The more information you share, the better the output from the other end.

I am the Head of Communications at a non-profit affordable housing provider in the East of England. With a small team and lots to shout about, a few years ago Atticus played a key role in translating our ambition to grow and modernize into a relatable brand story.

Ultimately this led to growth - a merger - and the co-creation of a new organization Eastlight Community Homes, which we welcomed back Atticus to look at it with fresh eyes to develop its brand story and make it fit for the future.

We have benefited from their insight to shape the rebranding strategy at Colne Housing. Create a thought leadership film to spark conversations with the public and partners. Rebrand the Colne office in Colchester into a more welcoming, creative and modern environment.

How did you select Atticus Creative?

They had been recommended to us.

For the rebrand of Colne Housing, they carried out a series of workshops to shape the brand strategy. They developed concepts and a strapline which we worked with them to refine.

Once finalized a suite of graphic language was produced and templates for a variety of communications. This was all documented in new brand guidelines. At Eastlight, Atticus has been our critical friend.

Sense checking in housework and being a sounding board for creative ideas and brand development. They have understood our vision and mission and will now help us rebrand our key customer-facing service area - home repairs.

They kicked off with a discovery workshop with staff and customers followed by competitor analysis, before shaping the name and brand identity for launch in 2021.

I worked directly with the creative team - the Creative Directors to shape the strategy and then day-to-day with a project manager. I welcomed the fact that they were flexible and always available when we needed them.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Recognition of and praise for the rebranded Colne Housing was evident from all of our audiences. Not only that the strapline and brand story were catalysts for our staff to change their thinking, culture, and service model. Atticus' work was more than a creative output, it helped shape the modernization journey which led to the fulfillment of its growth ambition with a successful merger.

It was more effective at the shaping stage than delivery as there were multiple members of the team involved with the detail.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We are most impressed by the effort and time they put in to understand our vision before shaping the brand strategy.

We feel that as our sector evolves there will always be room for improvement. The world has changed and will keep changing. The people we work with need to understand that and help us adapt and succeed amid the challenges that face us all.
