I'm the founder and CEO of the City of Nazareth Media Network, a social media company.

What challenge were you trying to address with StrategixDesign?

I wanted to create a futuristic social media platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

StrategixDesign does web and mobile app design for us. I started by breaking down the idea with the team and letting them know what I was looking for with this project.

The website is now live, and we went through many phases. The first part involved the platform's layout and their team explaining to us how to work the site — they walked me through the steps of loading pictures and videos. StrategixDesign will continue adding features to the site once we launch the app. Regarding functionalities, the site has video calls and text messaging features, which are running well.

Currently, we're on the mobile app development path, which will be available for iOS and Android.

I have been in touch with 4–5 members of their team, including a project manager and management lead.

I found them online, and after contacting different companies, I selected StrategixDesign because they were friendlier, and I felt it'd be easy for me to work with them.

The total project cost will be around $9,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

I began working with them in March 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I'm delighted with the results of their work so far — they put in a lot of work on the functionalities I've asked them to add. Moreover, they have innovative features that I haven't seen anywhere else, like speeding up and downloading videos, which were things that I wanted the platform to have.

Overall, what we have done together so far is amazing and exciting, and I give them 10 out of 10.

How did StrategixDesign perform from a project management standpoint?

Working with them has been a positive experience, and they give a real-company vibe thanks to their complete team — after speaking to several team members, they gave me confidence. Additionally, their team helps me understand how to work the app and share information about what I want the technicians to do.

Regarding timelines and communication, they give us timeframes, stick to them, and always show me the project progress to see where we're at. Between those times, they're still improving the platform based on our feedback.

They have fair pricing, which is one of the reasons I chose them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wish they could expand their working hours. They start working around 11 a.m., which is late for me because I'm already up and want to be able to speak to someone.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for web designers on the internet and found several proposals but we chose Strategix Design because of their reviews and portfolio.

After a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals, we told them what we wanted right away because one of their previous work caught our attention and we just want our website to be similar to that. We chose a theme, and guide them through the feedback on their work, and step by step our website comes to life! They made it even better than the one we wanted.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total, I communicated with Justin the team manager mainly via telephone calls and mostly emails due to my time restriction, he was able to accommodate my request without any problem. But he has a team that work with him to produce this amazing website for us.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The end project was outstanding and impressive beyond what we could ask for. It was worth more than we paid them to do. The communication was quick and thorough and with each feedback we gave them, they came back and fix it just like how we wanted it. They truly are professional with their work. Everyone who viewed my website was impressed.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided frequent updates. All the feedback was met with prompt responses, everything was delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was amazed at how the work turned out and the knowledge they had taught me through this whole journey. It was a delight to have chosen the right team and company to work for you and completed the work you wanted plus more. I couldn't ask for a better service. Stretegix Design truly leads this industry into the future.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Maybe If they would hire people or arranged a team to work on the weekends, the work could've been done much faster plus they could complete more projects.

Website were completed haphazardly but compelled to accept in order to move forward. Always an additional expense or something would fail. Most retuned calls and emails to talk about another needed service to pay for. BEWARE!!! All the services that we paid for were held hostage.

Always the new person to talk to. Constantly told the other person is on vacation and not aware of the agreements made.

They were highly rated on an aggregate platform. They’re extremely responsive, offer quick turnarounds, and easy to work with.
