Now we can track tasks, schedules, client updates, pretty much everything, in one spot. They even integrated it with some of our existing tools, so we didn’t have to switch everything at once. In the end, we got a working system, much cleaner data, and way better automation where we needed it most.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Once we started using the new software, we noticed the difference right away. Processing times dropped fast. Mistakes went way down because the system keeps things from slipping through the cracks. Our team can actually handle more work without feeling swamped. Productivity really jumped.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Sthenos Technologies could have done differently?

More training sessions for our staff would have helped, but that’s about it. Overall, the work was strong, and we’re really happy with the partnership.
