What specific goals or objectives did you hire SR Consulting to accomplish?

• Apply criteria to ensure that a customer account is unique in the Salesforce ORG of the Portobello Shop store chain.
• Support in the unification of duplicate records of the Portobello Shop store network
• Adapt the Salesforce architecture so that only one account for the same customer is considered for all stores in the network.
• Go live with the project, applying the new Salesforce architecture and merging duplicate records.

Constant monitoring between the SR Consulting and Portobello Shop teams, through a Project Manager and Salesforce Technical Leader. 

All needs met for delivery within the project deadline.

We needed help with sales and admissions process automation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SR Consulting has helped us automate our sales and admissions processes. The team has also integrated our systems with a platform called Edvisor. In addition, SR Consulting has worked on several other projects. We have a contract for support throughout the whole year.

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from SR Consulting.

We found SR Consulting through an online search. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in March 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

Thanks to SR Consulting, we have a better admissions process and a completely new sales process. The team still has several projects to deliver until the end of the year.
