From the outset, they walked us through the entire plan: the important milestones, how optimization over time would reduce the budget, and how we would keep seeing strong results at a lower cost per action.

At the same time, thanks to ongoing optimization, the advertising budget was gradually reduced while still achieving the same strong results, which led to a lower cost per metric (such as cost per lead or cost per action).

From the very beginning they explained the full workflow, the key stages, and what to expect at each moment, which shows they had a clear plan and timeline. They also showed good understanding of our business and goals, which means they were responsive to our needs rather than applying a generic PPC setup.
