What did you find most impressive about this company?

Special Case team created our website from scratch.They are true professionals. The website was developed within deadlines, the team paid a lot of attention to all details to showcase our services in the best possible way.

The result is great, the website meets all our needs, it’s pretty, clean, comfortable and easy to use. We had some updates several times after the website was developed and Special Case responded quickly and made all the needed updates.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I bet they need to learn more about omnichannel marketing in order to understand all the customer challenges.

What were your goals for this project?

The main goals were finding fellow travelers “Skvoznyakom” for crowdshipping, also we wanted to get modern design and UI and a high-load microservice architecture. I also asked them to help with the development front- and backend part of the web app.

I searched for Web app development companies online and browsed companies via freelancers platforms. Among all the list of experienced companies, SpecialCase stood out as the most attractive and fit for the project.

The team went through my requirements, analyzed the design, and discussed the business aspects of my concept. They helped me polish the idea.

They built everything from scratch:

• UX / UI design
• web application based on modern JS framework
• admin panel
•  user dashboard.

Implemented functionality was impressive:

• fellow travelers search
•  Google Maps integration
• Shipping orders creatio
•  Automated funds charge
• Multi-currency escrow contracts and much other staff.
• QA worked along all stages of the development process.

What was the team composition?

Initially, we started with the project manager and graphic designer. As the project moved to the next stages, two front-end developers, one backend developer, and a QA engineer joined our team.

I’m the founder of an e-commerce site specializing in the security systems for home in the Netherlands. Our company sells Ajax Wireless systems in Europe.

We were already selling other security systems in the Netherlands and wanted to launch a separate site for a new generation of systems under the Ajax Systems brand. To do this, we needed an experienced development team.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to create the ecommerce website with full automation: delivery system setup, payment gate and invoice generation and others. In addition we wanted to enter the new markets with multilingual multi-domain website. We decided to use Woocommerce platform.

How did you select this vendor?

I've known them for around four years. I first found them on Upwork, and initially hired them for other small project. We successfully continued on to other projects.

SpecialCase helped us with specs and wireframes on the discovery phase. And that's how we started. The team completed the development, UX / UI design, and analysis. Finally, they integrated Woocommerce with the required external software - payment gateway, Google Shopping website, PostNL delivery service. The production began in the form of 2-week sprints. At the end of each sprint, testing was performed.

What was the team composition?

The project team had about 4 people. We did have a project manager was our permanent point of contact. Also we had one ux designer, one front-end and one backend-developer.

Since the store launch and was indexed by search engines, we have received a steady stream of orders. Our revenue shows constant growth. We’re more than happy with SpecialCase Software Solutions work.

The project management proved to be on top. The team always met deadlines and constantly maintained communication, provided daily reports on the results.

They are friendly and a pleasure to work with. Their quick replies and problem-solving abilities were the most important things to me.

I don’t have any improvements to them. They arranged quickly to all the changing requirements and I can't say anything negative about their workflow.
