I am admin manager at this company. We provide custom made luxury gifts & essentials for our customers.

We engaged them to build us a website to enable us to sell custom made luxury gifts & essentials.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were refered to Specflux Solutions by someone that we knew earlier. As we talked with Specflux Solutions, they were very helpful in explaining the steps and what we need to do. They were always listening and giving feedback on how we can fully utilize the website to sell our products.

Specflux Solutions asked us to share our products and categories. So that we can plan the shop structure and find the features that are required for to ensure our ecommerce shop can work smoothly. They proposed some designs and why the designed it that way. We had some amendments and then proceed to finalize the design and features. After that, when the design was completed we tested the site and then launched it

In total, we worked with 2 people who helped design and features for the ecommerce website

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were to get sales even before we properly launched the website.

The communication was quite smooth. We met a few times in person for the update meetings. And also through calls whenever we hit a stumbling block

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They always go out of their way to help us. Even if that is not something related to their service, they always try to find a way to help our business

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We wish we could have completed the website a tiny bit faster but the outcome was as expected for us.

We wanted to redesign our website and make it more responsive and attractive

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked at web designers and developers around our area. And found Specflux to be the best choice based on features and cost and also how much they were helpful in providing information that helped us get started on our marketing as well

We received initial design from Specflux then we gave some feedback and amendments were made. Followed by this, we made some copywriting to enhance the website copy

In total we worked with 2 people one for one for the design and another to help get started with SEO

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The result was a website that improved our conversion. Customers who saw our website was able to understand clearly what we were providing and selling

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We received frequent updates from them. Information was passed smoothly between us and them. The website was complete before the expected delivery date

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was blown away by the knowledge they had about website design, UX, and optimization. We appreciated that they were patient and thoughtful while we came up to speed. We have worked with other agencies in the past, but this was a particularly collaborative and positive experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

So far no. The whole experience was very pleasant
