we had a very clear timeline about what had to be accomplished and when. it was well organized and the deadlines were relatively respected.

Ilike their method of working and organizing the work. website development is a long and tedious process and its important to have clear steps along the way and clear deadlines. and they were able to do that. although they had the war and many difficulties , they still managed to work as best as they could.

after I tested the website, there were some corrections and changes that I asked that were not done properly but these were few and they were corrected afterwards.

We were mostly concerned about the quality of code and timelines and there were no major issues there. Our project manager conducted weekly progress meetings to make sure we're on track + our QA made sure that the quality was satisfying.

We had to remodel a running sports administration software that is being used by more than 10.000 sports clubs all around in Germany. The goal was to improve usability and the technical infrastructure.

• Fresh interface and database structure that gave users a much better usability in terms of use flow and reaction time.

We were working with another team of developpers but the code quality was mediocre and development pace sluggish. Our objective was to keep on developping the mobile app while improving the overall code quality, and get some expertise about the code structure & architecture.

The communication was smooth and efficient from the early exchanges on, both with the project manager and the developpers. SPDLoad adapted to out workflow, using our tools & methods and had the flexibility needed in terms of resources provided.

The project is in react native and all the work was improvement & development of that codebase, both performance improvement & development of new features.

A project manager is following the project, and we worked with a senior developper and another one who wasn't sold as senior but seemed to have senior skills and was very efficient.

The team identified and solved the issues we were facing, quickly moving on to developping new features, and suggestions improvements for performance and code maintenability.
