Since migrating our infrastructure to the cloud and integrating it with our existing systems, we have experienced a noticeable improvement in system uptime, reaching nearly 99.9%, which has greatly reduced disruptions to our operations. Application performance has also improved, with load times decreasing by almost 40%, allowing our teams and clients to work more efficiently. What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They didn’t just follow a standard process; they took the time to understand our unique infrastructure challenges and tailored solutions that fit our specific needs. Their team showed exceptional problem-solving skills, anticipating potential issues before they became problems, and providing practical recommendations throughout the project. Beyond their technical abilities, their professionalism, clear communication, and dedication to ensuring our satisfaction made them stand out as a partner we could fully trust.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SparkSupport Pvt Ltd could have done differently?

While our experience with SparkSupport Pvt Ltd was overwhelmingly positive, if there were one area for slight improvement, it would be providing more detailed documentation during the final handover. Although they offered training and guidance for our internal team, having even more comprehensive documentation could make onboarding new team members faster and help us troubleshoot minor issues independently. That said, this is a small point in an otherwise highly professional and successful engagement.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

SparkSupport redesigned our website. First, we discussed our needs with SparkSupport's team. We explained to the team that our site's main goal is to help our company look more professional to prospective clients and competitors. We required our site to list our work and accomplishments in a polished way.

SparkSupport provided five different design options and guided us through each of the project's steps. After we chose the design we liked, SparkSupport created the framework and helped us define the number of pages our site required. The team has designed each webpage and defined the site's language. SparkSupport has completed our website and will continue to provide maintenance services.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

SparkSupport has taken the time to try different designs, ensuring we were satisfied with the final work. The team has created a great design that we love and launched a website, resulting in an uptick in views. SparkSupport cares greatly about our satisfaction with their work and has held my hand throughout the process.

We've gone through five iterations of our homepage design until landing on the perfect layout that caught our eye. SparkSupport has explained the important aspects of web design to grab users' eyes and drive people in, demonstrating their expertise since our site has met expectations.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Initially, we had Zoom meetings with SparkSupports' team to brainstorm ideas and gather information. The team has presented us with options via email, and we have discussions over the phone as per my preference. We've had several Zoom calls, during which SparkSupport performed changes so that I could see them in the moment. We also communicated via phone. SparkSupport tends to my communication preferences.

What was your primary form of communication with SparkSupport Pvt Ltd?

Virtual Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We've dealt with other web design companies but had a poor site before working with SparkSupport. In our past experiences, service providers delivered work according to the quote, and if we asked for changes, we had to pay more money. SparkSupports' main difference is that they stay with us until we're satisfied with the result without charging more money. SparkSupport cares about the final product, which is their most impressive aspect.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SparkSupport Pvt Ltd could have done differently?

I can't think of anything SparkSupport Pvt Ltd can improve because their services are above par compared to my experiences with other firms.

How many teammates from SparkSupport Pvt Ltd were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Spark Support provided interdisciplinary team and suggested technology (Flutter) to meet our deadline. Day to day cooperation was spot on, with quite accurate and detailed roadmaps and gantts. The work was done in scrum, on commonly used tools (Slack, Confluence, JIRA). We were informed by risks very early on and at least two times it gave us a chance to react and save the deadline. The app was delivered exactly on the day it was promised.

From this day we started working on next iterations and new integrations. At some point the need emerged to design new UX/UI and to make it top of the line. The company was happy with the design and it's being implemented now, along with big increment in functionality.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

First of all it was meeting the deadline, which was a great challenge. The app had at least a few custom integrations, one of which being the system to verify user's data using his bank account credentials (mojeID). These things don't just happen overnight, but need great effort, perfect coordination and meeting numerous security requirements.
Also -we're at the stage before big marketing efforts. The app steadily grows in Active Users and daily registrations, despite no paid marketing and active communication. It's 100% organic growth, based only on word of mouth marketing. This proves we're, along with SparkSupport Pvt Ltd, doing something right.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

This is one of, or the one most impressive quality of this cooperation. They somehow cracked the previously unresolvable problem of roadmapping uncertain future. Of course, it was not 100% accurate and yes, we were making decisions to change scope from time to time, but still, even early assumptions on workload and resulting gantts didn't need to be updated all that much

What was your primary form of communication with SparkSupport Pvt Ltd?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They weren't afraid of pivots. No one likes them all that much, but we learned that if change really happens, SparkSupport Pvt Ltd is able to quickly accomodate to it and lead us through the re-scoping process. Also, even going through such emotionally straining situations, we were able to keep the cooperation professional and respectful, with the end goal in mind.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SparkSupport Pvt Ltd could have done differently?

Even the areas they excel in, they should try to make even better. But are there any areas we are struggling with when cooperating with SparkSupport Pvt Ltd, I really can't think of any. They are very good.
