The project scope involved redeveloping the existing application designed for quick and user-friendly skin cancer risk assessments into a modular SDK for seamless integration and scalability. SparkSupport refactored the core application, added new components, optimized architecture, and fixed existing bugs to enhance performance and stability. Mobile launchers were developed for SDK previews, and a React Native wrapper was created to enable cross-platform compatibility.

 Spark Support provided interdisciplinary team and suggested technology (Flutter) to meet our deadline. Day to day cooperation was spot on, with quite accurate and detailed roadmaps and gantts. The work was done in scrum, on commonly used tools (Slack, Confluence, JIRA). We were informed by risks very early on and at least two times it gave us a chance to react and save the deadline. The app was delivered exactly on the day it was promised.

From this day we started working on next iterations and new integrations. At some point the need emerged to design new UX/UI and to make it top of the line. The company was happy with the design and it's being implemented now, along with big increment in functionality.

First of all it was meeting the deadline, which was a great challenge. The app had at least a few custom integrations, one of which being the system to verify user's data using his bank account credentials (mojeID). These things don't just happen overnight, but need great effort, perfect coordination and meeting numerous security requirements.
Also -we're at the stage before big marketing efforts. The app steadily grows in Active Users and daily registrations, despite no paid marketing and active communication. It's 100% organic growth, based only on word of mouth marketing. This proves we're, along with SparkSupport Pvt Ltd, doing something right.

This is one of, or the one most impressive quality of this cooperation. They somehow cracked the previously unresolvable problem of roadmapping uncertain future. Of course, it was not 100% accurate and yes, we were making decisions to change scope from time to time, but still, even early assumptions on workload and resulting gantts didn't need to be updated all that much

They weren't afraid of pivots. No one likes them all that much, but we learned that if change really happens, SparkSupport Pvt Ltd is able to quickly accomodate to it and lead us through the re-scoping process. Also, even going through such emotionally straining situations, we were able to keep the cooperation professional and respectful, with the end goal in mind.

Even the areas they excel in, they should try to make even better. But are there any areas we are struggling with when cooperating with SparkSupport Pvt Ltd, I really can't think of any. They are very good.

Brilliant Systems provided architectural design for us. We met with their team a couple of times to give them a background of our business and what we were trying to build. After that, they came back to us with a proposal, including how long it would take, the steps of the process, and their fee structure. From there, they assigned a sub-team to work collaboratively with us to build the solution starting from the information we provided. 
They tagged on a detailed technical document that included the front- and backend blueprints and other instructions on building the product to finish the process. They used Hyperledger Fabric, React, and Flutter in terms of technologies.
