The project met all the requirements, and was completed within time and budget. Our team productivity improved immediately. We have been able to expand the scope of our responsibilities without increasing the size of the team. We can now also work more intelligently with our documentation. The robust system has also allowed us to handle challenges quickly and effectively. 
The continuing excellent service from Sparksupport has kept us running well. Sparksupport have also made a number of improvements since the initial project.

Sparksupport not only implemented the specification, but they also added all the small, helpful HMI elements that makes the interface a pleasure to use. These elements were not included in our outline specification. They also added error checking and messages to make the system robust.

They conducted a thorough UI/UX analysis of the tool and our procedures, and they were able to support and carry out the unique recommendation and action plan they produced. The backend systems supporting the experience also underwent a thorough technical architectural study, during which numerous areas for improvement in application speed, delivery speed, and monitoring were found.

We were able to request a fresh star rating from iOS as the project was coming to an end. This was required of us because the prior star rating did not reflect the new, enhanced application.  We saw a decrease in customer assistance calls related to application technical issues (about 2,000 in claims categories and 15,000 in login).

Everyday, work and management was greatly aided by the Spark Support team and its Tech lead director and founder. Without my having to provide a project manager, they each helped with this multi-team project by leading their own teams. They updated my several product owners on status, progress, issues, and updates one monitoring issue backlogs, the other UX/UI improvement backlogs). 

With so many people working on the project, it was really helpful to have a well-organized, accurate, and experienced staff from Spark Support manage crucial parts of the software with no guidance or assistance required. Bravo, excellent work, very valued.

We came to SparkSupport with a high-level proposal of what we were trying to accomplish: we wanted to collect our own end-user analytics, generate reports quickly, and make decisions on that data. Our focus was providing meaningful data to the user acquisition organization, so that they could better target ads. Brilliant Systems provided some feedback on initial technologies to use, and we moved forward with an MVP.

With SparkSupport 's help, we moved forward standing up a data lake on S3, an warehouse layer on Snowflake, and a reporting layer on Sisense. Once we were able to make preliminary reports from user behaviour, we moved on to integrating data output from Adjust to help us track campaign data.

Now, we are continuing to tune the pipeline and reporting as we continue to rollout new games.

Progress is very easy to demonstrate, as we now have comprehensive, near-real-time reporting on many of our live games. Previously, we had only a few basic aggregate trends that were out of the box with Firebase. We have, as a business, been able to make important decisions about ad spend and development focus.

The workflow started quite smoothly as we were all fairly heads down on the different pieces. As we scaled the team (and the games), we hit some rough spots where too many requests from our side were hitting data engineers on SparkSuport's side (separate requests from product owners, UA, CEO/investors, etc).

This is when we onboarded the part time project manager from SparkSuport, and now we're back to smooth sailing as he has been able to funnel the requests into a prioritized funnel.
