We partnered with a software development company to build a custom solution that integrates with our existing LOGO ERP system, specifically focusing on warehouse and inventory management.The custom software helped us automate our procurement, warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations.Additionally, we implemented barcode scanning functionalities using EAN-13 and Code 128 standards, enabling full automation of product packaging and tracking processes.

We have digitalized fully integrated ERP automation and management processes for multiple online stores and wholesale orders connected to multiple warehouses.

His dedication to resolving issues, no matter how many times it took, truly stood out and made a significant difference in the success of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Spailor LLC could have done differently?

Since this was my first experience with a custom software development project, I didn't encounter any issues or have any negative expectations. Everything went smoothly from my perspective.
That said, if the company had a larger team, I believe they could scale even faster and take on more ambitious projects, they certainly have the potential to grow into a much larger organization.
