For what projects/services did your company hire SpaceRocket Creations, and what were your goals?

We wanted a web app for our invoicing and they created the perfect solution for it.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched on freelancer website and we found the profile of CEO, Samkit Palecha there which had nice reviews. We had a talk with him and everything looked good so we went forward.

The scope was simple, we needed a web app for invoicing of our company which could be accessed from anywhere around the world.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We were in direct talk with the CEO, as well as the project manager, developer and designer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our requirement to create and print invoices from anywhere around the world got fulfilled so we're truly satisfied.

The project didn't take a lot of time. The final output looked really professional and we only had 4 meetings in a month until we got the solution.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They all are down to earth. Even the CEO, he was working alongside the team whenever we wanted anything modified real quick!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

To be hones I expected more than 2 meetings a week, but we had 1. I wouldn't complain though since they gave me all day for the meeting and everyone was quick to work.
