Developers need to be trained to be more proactive and solution seekers rather than being instructed and told exactly what to do. I have a problem that I want fixed, but I don't know the ideal technical solution, and this is what I'm looking for the developers to figure out and do.

We were able to launch our app successfully and has been in operation for over 2 years with very good feedback and growth.

We are a medical cannabis dispensary that opened in April of 2019. We wanted to create an application for many reasons:

1. Deliverability of text marketing - We wanted a more reliable way to notify our patients of daily specials in store.
2. Somewhere for patients to have access to our online menu as well as place orders.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

At the time we did not have a large budget, and we wanted to work with a company that could accommodate a short turn-around time for this scope of work. Our team was considering about 5-6 other companies at the time; many of them offering to charge less.

Space-O Technologies was very confident in their ability to produce and get this application approved. They also gave concerns/ideas that our company had not yet thought about which really showed that they have a true idea of how to build an application like ours. We did not feel comfortable choosing any other company, as Space-O had the most to offer.

They helped us to create an application that would work on Apple and Android devices (tablets included). We used API integrations from one of our partners, so that our application is consistent with our website.

We only directly worked with a project manager at Space-O. Although our project manager was swapped at least 3 times since beginning work on this application in May 2021.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Space-O was very accommodating when it came to small changes, or idea changes of any sort. They met all of our expectations and were very helpful providing insight for our application approval process.

We used Basecamp as our main point of communication. It was very organized and helped to separate different tasks and deliverables.

Even though Space-O is operating on an almost entirely different time zone, they were always very accommodating to us with meetings and deadlines.

It was difficult to have our project manager switched many times. I feel that some things were lost in transition and had to be re-explained.

We wanted to expand our geographic without having to add more brick-and-mortar location. We hired Space-O to create an on demand app for us to be able to utilize our existing resources that is on standby. Our goals is not to have our resources not being used thus with an on demand service request, we will be able to maximize our un-used resources and increase our market share.

We chose Space-O because of their experienced in on demand app. They were able to show case that they are the best in the industry.

We had an idea of what we wanted as far as the app flow but didn't have wireframe to provide to Space-O. They were able to provide a rough one for us to with and we were able to finalize one. From there, they provided us with two IOS app and a backend requires by us within one month of the final wireframe.

We were assigned 4 points of contacts, but we mainly communicate with our project manager. Rushit was our PM and does an immaculate job of handling all issues in a timely manner.

We are expecting revenue growth by 20% by the next quarter by utilizing the app. We have great feedback from our clients who are unable to travel

Rushit, our project manager consistently updates current status and timeline. Every time we ran into issues or new requests, he immediately take care of the tasks and updates as promised.

We were most impressed with their communication and time management capabilities. They completed any task on or before the promised deadline.

we do have to work on odd hours to have meeting with their team due to time zone differences, but everything is manageable.
