The deliveries came on time and we could demonstrate to our final customers the product after each sprint.

Most of their work is on time and delivered with good quality.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciate that the operation manager will participate the first meetings of the project to understand the context and can help his team to improve the way of work with our team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We would recommend Sosene to improve sometimes the communication skills of the developers. Some of them struggle to provide information to advance in the planning of our project.

I have used web development outsourcing service of Sosene. It has developed our customer by wordpress, and it has also supplied SEO services to me. My purpose for developing the web is that increase Viettel Sinvoice's turnover and reach customers more.

3 people include a designer and 2 developers. In addition, it has assigned 2 people to support me to write contents and digital marketing.

I have closed more than 9 signed contracts that customers visited our website from December 2020 to present.

Sometime the web has some problems, but Sosene had fixed them quickly. It's running very well.
