We handle a large amount of information that we must process in "cases" that take anywhere from a single day to many months of work. Each case needs to be able to be handled by several people from different locations, and the system must be available 24/7.

With all the information loaded, the system must generate reports and statistics to present to clients.

From the moment we proposed the idea to SOLCRE, they immediately understood the problem, became involved in the solution design, and the product has proven to be robust, reliable, and stable. It has greatly facilitated our work, allowing us to handle more cases, process them in less time, and reduce or practically eliminate errors.

The response has always been quick, the system has remained operational for years, and this is our third update.

I suppose so, but they're experts in the software, and we wouldn't know what to improve from that perspective... We're just users. But they were always looking to incorporate improvements to the product's performance and suggested solutions before a problem even arises, which was greatly appreciated.

Since we're heavy users, we suggest adjustments or changes, and they always have a positive attitude, trying to understand our point of view and find the best solution. They've never told us, "That's impossible" ;)

The project aims to develop a tablet application
that will allow Arboreal's quality control team to perform checks in a way that digitizes the information, enabling the creation of automatic reports and alerts.
All information will be stored in a database (or data warehouse)
owned by Arboreal, from which Business Intelligence solutions such as Power BI or Tableau can be connected to generate productivity and quality control dashboards.

To plan the solution, we will begin with an on-site consultation for requirements analysis. The consultation will be conducted
by a functional analyst and a user experience designer. The cost of the consultation is 100% reimbursable if the entire project is undertaken.

The solution will consist of three components: User Interface, API, and Administration Panel.
The user interface will be the frontend of the solution; that is, the screens that the quality control team will have on their tablets to enter the data. During our visit to the plant and in the preliminary consulting phase, we will learn about their work processes and conditions (environment, schedules, body posture, etc.) in order to design a screen with a high level of usability, ensuring easy and fast loading.
The API is a component that receives data from the user interface and will be able to receive data from the new machines the company has acquired for automated control in the future. This means that the current manual system will adapt seamlessly to automated control with the new machines. The API is responsible for storing the data in a logical structure within the database.
Finally, the administration panel is where users are registered and where entered data and reports are displayed. This solution is custom-developed using the latest technology and delivered turnkey, ready to use, encompassing everything detailed in the budget and with the possibility of adding new controls and reports, as it is a modular and scalable solution.

The team has created every chapter of the system, including people enrollment and tickets for client needs. Moreover, Solcre Software & Staff Augmentation has developed a calendar from scratch to book meeting rooms, which is a key feature for us.Additionally, the team has delivered a good design of the brand and every landing page. They understand that we need a system that not only works perfectly but also looks modern and is user-friendly.
