We hired softzee for the development of our website, mobile applications and back end hosting and support.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected this vendor as they where based in Pakistan. Deciding factors for this company was reputation and quality of work - received very good references

They delivered the work from start to finish with great communication and consultation. I am still working with them with an ongoing support agreement. Technology used was react native for mobile app and HTML bootstrap for web

We had 2 main point of contact - one for front end work and one for back end work - these 2 contacts where our first point of contact and project support staff - they would then work internally with developers - they had a total team of 10+ on the project

improvement areas would be to focus a little more on grammar when designing front end text
