PM Digital built us a responsive website, with the ability to load and describe inventory, pay for products, schedule delivery and speak with customer service. They are familiar with all best-in-breed technologies and sought ways to address our needs efficiently.

We worked with 3-4 different team members but were assigned one project manager.

We had no web presence before. Our internal staff and external constituents love the new design and e-commerce capability.

They use any communication tool that our team requested. We mainly used WhatsApp since our team is distributed across multiple states and countries.

They were knowledgeable to understand our needs every step of the way. The cost was outstanding.

There is nothing on their part. Any delays or misunderstandings were internal to our team so I have no substantive recommended improvements.

I am the owner of the Startup. We are creating special medical software with big data, artificial intelligence and metaverse. The main point of a startup is to create the medication based on the parameters that we receive from the sensors (system analyzing all data and providing solutions). People will not go to the doctor they will just use our scanners and in metaverse, they will need to have a special suit.

First of all - a great recommendation from the startup community (a couple of my friends recommended them), second - wonderful and professional communication on the first steps, third - they are young, full of energy, with a fresh look and approach and great experience.

We start from project analysis and creation of technical description of the project and modelling business processes, CJM and etc. Then prototype of UX/UI then a few types of design. The last step was - the start of development. Main stack used - Python (Django) and React js. Also, it nice was to see all updates in project management software.

The team is young but very professional and full of useful solutions.
