Our goal was to create a bilingual (Arabic and English) solution that streamlines property management, reservations, guest experiences, payments, reporting, and third-party integrations while supporting future growth and scalability.

SoftMind Solutions provided end-to-end software development services for the Harmal Eco-System. Their responsibilities included solution architecture, UI/UX implementation, frontend and backend development, database design, API development, authentication and role management, booking engine development, reservations management, inventory management, housekeeping, maintenance, POS, accounting, reporting, analytics, and third-party integrations.
The project also included development of mobile applications, OTA functionality, channel management, payment workflows, notifications, messaging, quality assurance, performance optimization, deployment preparation, and ongoing technical support. The platform was built as a scalable bilingual solution capable of supporting hospitality operations across multiple properties and channels.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project successfully transformed our vision into a fully functional hospitality ecosystem. Major modules, including reservations, booking management, property management, reporting, and operational workflows, were delivered successfully. The platform became increasingly stable and scalable throughout development, while continuous improvements and optimizations helped prepare the product for long-term growth and future integrations.

They also built scalable infrastructure, continuously improved the platform based on feedback, and provided ongoing support and maintenance throughout development.

The biggest outcome was successfully launching a fully functional marketplace that transformed our idea into a real product. Throughout the project, new features were delivered consistently, performance improved over time, and the platform became more stable and scalable. SoftMind Solutions responded quickly to feedback, allowing us to continuously refine the platform and prepare it for future growth.

this was a heavily based AI project where a client would upload their documents to the broker portal, and AI would read the documents and extract the key data.

The project needed to be deleivered on time and in a secure confidential manner due to the nature of the documents.

The project also needed to fir within UK GDPR guidelines.

Successfully delivered the platform on schedule with responsive web performance, streamlined broker workflows, improved document management, reduced manual processes, and a scalable foundation for future feature development and business growth.
