I’m the owner and general manager of a startup called TechnoSoft, a software company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mr Creative Social?

We had an internal team in charge of app development, but we needed to outsource the work for our web development and design efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The project was around our website and creating new designs for some pages on the site. We gave them a 15-day deadline to finalize the requested job. The scope for the design work was mainly focused on making the pages more attractive, changing some of the UI/UX design and pictures, and suggesting a new style for some of the pages such as the home page and features page. After they suggested a design that we liked, they started to implement the changes on the website.

The second part of the website was in English, and we requested that they use HTML and WordPress which does auto-translation. They also created pages for all of the seven languages we needed.

What is the team composition?

I only have one main contact who gives the tasks to his team.

How did you come to work with Mr Creative Social?

We searched online for web agencies in Dubai, and we came across their agency. They replied very quickly. They also gave us a detailed offer, so there was no ambiguity. We had 2–3 offers, and we selected Mr Creative Social in the end.

The first part of the project was 8,000 UAE Dirhams (approximately $2,178 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in December 2021, and it’s ongoing. The website project was completed in January 2022, but we’re just about to start a new project with them.

We’ve given them some remarks during the project, but generally, they’ve been able to do their job well.

How did Mr Creative Social perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management process is good, and it’s easy to communicate with them through phone, WhatsApp, or email. We’ve had three meetings with them, and they’ve always been on time. Occasionally, we also use Zoom for meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They respond very quickly, and they offer cost-effective services. Some agencies in Dubai have a very high price, but we found Mr Creative Social’s price to be acceptable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t see anything they can improve at this point. Our recent project wasn't that big, but we might see something in the future.
