I’m the CEO of Navia, a platform that automates marketing by generating branded content and providing tailored marketing strategies. We help businesses easily manage blog posts, social media, emails, and website copy.

What challenge were you trying to address with SociiLabs LLC?

We needed help bringing our ideas to life - I had sketches and thoughts and had zero idea where to start or how to get this going. The team at SociiLabs helped to make this happen.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SociiLabs LLC helped us map out our first product. We started by mapping out our vision, and then we created an MVP. The team was responsible for the development and ensuring that the full tech stack was scalable. They also designed the foundation of the tech stack, the wireframes, and the customer journey. We then tested the MVP with initial members of our target audience to evaluate the market fit.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

As we made progress, the product started to come to life and became usable versus static wireframes. People were impressed by the functionality and how much it impacted their business. This set the foundation for the product that we have today.

I had built a Replit prototype for my startup — the kind that crashes every third click and is held together with duct tape and prayers. I knew the concept worked, but I also knew I was in way over my head when it came to turning it into something real users could actually pay for and use.

SociiLabs audited the broken prototype, designed a scalable system architecture, and rebuilt the entire foundation from scratch. They moved from fragile prototype code to a production-grade Node.js/Express backend with a React frontend, PostgreSQL database, proper authentication and authorization, state management, and a CI/CD pipeline for automated testing and deployment. Everything was deployed on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage) with Docker and GitHub Actions.

Key deliverables included: a scalable MVP that proved the business model, a feature-complete v1.0 for public launch, a responsive web frontend, core user authentication for users/service providers/support staff, and ongoing production environment monitoring and maintenance.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Zero to Launch in 12 Weeks: Took a non-functional prototype to a production-ready web app with paying customers in under 3 months, enabling us to hit our investor demo deadline.

Eliminated 100% of Prototype Technical Debt: Migrated from unstable Replit code to enterprise-grade infrastructure with zero data loss and zero downtime during transition — users never knew we rebuilt the entire backend.

Achieved Sub-2 Second Page Load Times: Optimized the web app to load fully in under 2 seconds even with video-heavy content, compared to 8-10 second load times (when it loaded at all) in the original prototype.

Supported Successful Fundraising Round: Delivered a demo-ready product that helped secure investor meetings and close funding commitments — the working MVP became a key asset in the pitch deck.

Built for Scale From Day One: Architected backend infrastructure on GCP that handles current user load while supporting 10x growth without requiring a full rebuild.

Maintained 99.9% Uptime Post-Launch: Production environment has stayed stable and reliable since deployment, with monitoring and error tracking catching issues before users notice them.

SociiLabs delivered under serious pressure without cutting corners. I was actively fundraising and demoing to investors throughout this entire project — "it's not done yet" was not an option I could put on a pitch deck slide. They understood that and operated accordingly.

They hit both the MVP deadline and the full v1.0 launch on aggressive timelines. When I needed something ready for an investor demo, it was ready. When scope evolved (as it always does with a startup), they adapted without dropping the ball on quality or timeline.

Communication was proactive and transparent. I never had to chase them down for updates — they kept me in the loop on progress and flagged potential issues early rather than surprising me with problems at the finish line. For a non-technical founder running on Replit code, that level of clarity and responsiveness was exactly what I needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most was their ability to take a disaster and turn it into a product — without ever making me feel like an idiot for handing them a disaster in the first place.

I came in with a Replit prototype that crashed every third click. A lot of dev shops would have either refused the project or nickel-and-dimed every piece of technical debt. SociiLabs dug in, assessed what was salvageable (some of the core logic), and laid out a realistic roadmap to production. They proved that previous development failures don't have to be fatal — the right team can salvage the vision and rebuild the foundation.

The other thing that stood out was their strategic thinking. They didn't just build what I asked for. They designed an architecture that could scale, pushed back when cutting corners would have created future problems, and thought about the business model alongside the technical execution. That's rare. Most dev shops build what you spec. SociiLabs built what you actually need.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SociiLabs LLC could have done differently?

Honestly, nothing significant. If I had to push for something, early on it would have been helpful to get even more detailed documentation on the architecture decisions — not because there were problems, but because it would have helped me communicate the technical choices to investors and advisors faster. That said, they were always responsive when I asked questions, so this is a minor note on process rather than anything that affected outcomes.
