Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
The scope of work was structured into a phased approach, focusing on building a high-velocity outbound engine. Social Bloom took full ownership of the following workstreams: 1. Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning: The project began with a deep-dive analysis of our market position. They delivered a comprehensive ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) document that segmented our audience into high-value tiers. This involved identifying specific sub-industries within AgTech where our soil-monitoring sensors would solve the most urgent pain points. 2. Multi-Channel Outreach Execution: They developed and launched a synchronized outreach strategy across LinkedIn and Cold Email. The key deliverables here included: Custom Copywriting: Five unique messaging sequences (each 4-5 steps long) tailored to different personas (CSOs vs. Farm Managers). Infrastructure Setup: Deployment of dedicated domains and email accounts with proper SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication to ensure high deliverability. 3. Lead Prospecting & Data Management: Social Bloom provided a constant flow of verified B2B data. Each month, we received a list of 500–800 highly targeted prospects, including: Direct mobile/office numbers and verified work emails. Firmographic data points like company revenue, recent funding rounds, and technology stacks. 4. SDR Management & Appointment Setting: Their team managed all initial engagement and gatekeeper hurdles. The final and most critical deliverable was the Sales-Qualified Lead (SQL) handed off via direct calendar bookings. They ensured each lead met our pre-defined 'BANT' (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria before the handoff. 5. Performance Reporting: We received weekly performance audits and a real-time tracking dashboard (via Google Data Studio) that visualized open rates, response rates, and meeting-set ratios.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The success of our partnership with Social Bloom is reflected in the tangible growth of our sales pipeline. Within the first six months of the engagement, we achieved several key milestones: Pipeline Generation: They successfully generated over €450,000 in new sales pipeline value for our North American market. Meeting Volume: We averaged 18–22 qualified discovery calls per month. The consistency was remarkable, maintaining this volume even during typically slow seasonal periods in the agricultural sector. Conversion Metrics: Our outbound email sequences achieved an average Open Rate of 68% and a Response Rate of 22%. This was a 3x improvement over our previous internal benchmarks. Lead Quality: Out of all the meetings booked by Social Bloom, 85% were classified as 'Sales Qualified' (SQL) and moved into the active negotiation or proposal stage. Market Expansion: Through their targeted LinkedIn outreach, we successfully established initial contact with 12 of the top 50 industrial farming conglomerates in the US, which was a primary strategic goal for our board this year.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
The project management style of Social Bloom is agile, transparent, and highly communicative. From the initial onboarding phase, it was clear that they have a well-oiled process for managing complex B2B campaigns. Communication & Responsiveness: We used Slack for daily, asynchronous communication, which allowed for quick pivots when we needed to adjust our messaging based on immediate market feedback. For more strategic discussions, we had bi-weekly syncs via Zoom. Their team was always well-prepared, presenting data-backed insights rather than just anecdotal updates. Timeliness: They were exceptionally disciplined with deadlines. Whether it was the delivery of the initial prospect list or the launch of a new email sequence, they consistently met the agreed-upon milestones. In fact, our first campaign went live three days ahead of schedule. Problem Solving: What impressed me most was their proactivity. When we noticed a slight dip in response rates from a specific California-based farm segment, they didn't wait for us to point it out. Instead, they came to the next meeting with a revised 'A/B test' strategy for the subject lines, which brought the engagement back to target levels within 48 hours. Tools & Transparency: They provided us with a Real-time Performance Dashboard that integrated directly with our CRM. This level of transparency meant we never had to ask for 'status updates' because we could see the volume of outreach and the number of meetings booked at any given moment.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The most impressive aspect of Social Bloom is their deep domain expertise and the 'Consultative' approach they bring to lead generation. Many agencies simply blast generic messages, but Social Bloom operates like an internal growth team. Their ability to grasp complex, technical industries—like our autonomous soil-monitoring systems—is unparalleled. They took the time to understand the nuances of agricultural cycles and buyer psychology, which allowed them to write copy that resonated with high-level executives on a peer-to-peer level. Furthermore, their transparency and ROI-centric culture are unique. They don’t hide behind vanity metrics like 'number of emails sent'; they focus strictly on 'Qualified Meetings Booked' and 'Pipeline Value.' Their 'RedZone' management process ensures a level of accountability that I haven't seen in other sales outsourcing partners. They truly feel like a strategic partner rather than just another service provider.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Social Bloom could have done differently?
The overall experience was excellent, but there were two minor areas where things could have been even smoother. First, during the initial onboarding week, there was a slight delay in mapping their data headers to our custom fields in HubSpot. It took about three days and a few back-and-forth emails to get the integration working perfectly. Secondly, I believe they could be even more proactive in suggesting 'Lead Magnets' or content ideas (like whitepapers or case studies) specifically for the awareness stage of the funnel. While they are experts at outreach and booking meetings, having those supplementary materials earlier in the campaign could have boosted our conversion rates even further. That said, they were very receptive to this feedback and adjusted quickly.
