Smartkid took over the e-commerce side of five brands we own. They established the Shopify stores, organised the product catalogues, and then ran the advertising on  Google Ads  They treated it as one system rather than five separate jobs, which mattered to us because the brands share the same production line.

We reached 12x ROAS. Online is now a real part of the business, not a side channel we were unsure about.

At the start, organising the product catalogues across five brands took longer than we expected. Once that was done everything moved quickly, but the first phase could have been faster.

Smartkid designed and developed our Shopify e-commerce website, migrated and organized our product catalog, created product information cards and optimized product pages for conversions. Within the first year of our partnership, our online revenue increased by approximately 7–8x while maintaining an average ROAS between 7x and 14x across Meta Ads campaigns. Are there any areas for improvement or something Smartkid Agency could have done differently?

Honestly, it is very difficult to find a major flaw given the outstanding ROI they have delivered. However, if I had to name one minor area for growth, it is that Gamze and her team are sometimes so protective and deeply analytical of our budget that they can be overly cautious when testing completely untested, high-risk creative concepts. Because they are fiercely focused on maintaining our low cost-per-lead and high lead quality, they prefer heavily data-backed decisions. While this conservative approach completely protected our budget and guaranteed our 2x lead growth, we sometimes welcome high-risk, experimental ideas just to see the outcome. It is a minor detail, but encouraging them to occasionally take wilder creative leaps without worrying about a temporary dip in metrics could open up new avenues.
