The vendor was responsible for the complete design, development, and ongoing maintenance of our e-shop. Their team delivered full-stack services including:

• UI/UX design based on our business goals, with a focus on usability and modern aesthetics.
• Frontend development using modern technologies to ensure responsiveness, speed, and performance across devices.
• Backend development, including database architecture, API integration, and security measures.
• Maintenance and updates to ensure the e-shopruns smoothly, with ongoing support and improvements based on user feedback.

Overall, they handled the entire technical and visual execution of the e-shop, transforming our concept into a functional and scalable product.

The project had several measurable outcomes that clearly demonstrated its success:

• Increased revenue following the launch of the new e-shop, thanks to improved user experience and smoother e-shop performance.
• Faster website performance, with significantly reduced load times across both desktop and mobile devices.
• Lower number of support requests from customers, as the new design and functionality made the e-shop more intuitive and self-explanatory.

These outcomes confirmed that the investment in professional design, development, and optimization had a direct positive impact on both user satisfaction and business results.

Project management is excellent throughout the entire collaboration. They consistently delivered all milestones on time, and the quality of the work is always high. Communication is open, transparent, and highly professional – we are always fully informed and involved in the process.

They are very responsive to our needs and proactively proposed solutions whenever challenges came up. We’re satisfied with how the project was handled from start till today.

SmartBase was working on 5 plugins - WooCommerce, Prestashop, OpenCart, Magento and Shopify for Tatra bank. We have a new payment gateway tatrapay+. During this time of our cooperation, we asked to analyze also a creation of SDKs - Node.js, php and Python because we had several requests from our partners/customers. SmartBase analyzed it and provide us a whole solution. Part of the delivery is also support/SLA.

Increase in e-shop orders. The easier work for our sales representatives.

Very good work of the project manager and his IT programmers. SmartBase offered a timely response to problems, excellent IT support, and service. Excellent customer guidance if they have a problem - instructions for solving or ideas on how to solve the problem.
