I’m the owner of Naita Trading LLC, a food and beverage company. We export groundnuts, Indian spices, dehydrated onions and garlic, and fresh vegetables and fruits from Gujarat, India. We leverage decades of farming experience and a strong supply chain to ensure quality and buyer satisfaction.

What challenge were you trying to address with Smart WebTech?

We needed to create a professional export-focused website that represents our company to international buyers 24/7. We wanted to showcase all our export products with clear specifications, packing options, and trade details. We also wanted to build trust and credibility by highlighting our quality standards, sourcing practices, and company information.Moreover, we wanted to make it easy for overseas buyers to send inquiries without relying on phone calls or emails. We also wanted to improve our global visibility and attract qualified export leads from international markets. Finally, we wanted an easy-to-manage website so our internal team could update products, content, and inquiries independently.

The scope of work included planning and designing a professional export-focused website suitable for international buyers. The team developed a WordPress-based website with an easy-to-manage admin panel.Smart WebTech created detailed product pages with export specifications such as varieties, grades, packing options, ports of dispatch, and payment terms. The team also structured clear company, quality, and sourcing pages to build trust and credibility.Moreover, Smart WebTech integrated inquiry forms, WhatsApp chat, and Google Maps for quick buyer communication. The team set up multi-language readiness to support buyers from different regions. They also implemented basic SEO structure and Google Analytics for performance tracking. Finally, the team ensured the website was mobile-friendly, fast, and secure.After the website launch, Smart WebTech provided live training sessions to explain how to manage products, pages, inquiries, and basic settings in the WordPress dashboard. The team also provided simple written guides and walkthroughs for routine tasks such as updating product details, images, and content. Additionally, they provided guidance on handling buyer inquiries and tracking website performance.
