In order to strengthen our present team and tackle some of the more difficult problems we were facing, we used Slashdev's service to hire a remote .NET Engineer.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Prior to now, we looked at a variety of businesses for this role, primarily internal recruiters. Finding a qualified and interested individual was the most difficult part. It was nearly impossible. Then we began considering remote employees, looked about, and tried to determine what kind of engineers were accessible. Three candidates with a combined 10+ years of.NET experience and previous experience working on a project like ours were provided by Slashdev.

We had been seeking internally for a good senior.NET Engineer for a time, but we were unable to identify a candidate who was right for the position. After a while, we decided to try employing one remotely. Not only was the engineer highly talented and a contractor, but he was also less expensive than recruiting internally.
A few days later, we received a list of engineers that might be a good fit for our project after filling out a form detailing the skill sets we were looking for and speaking with Slashdev. The first hiring process was quite straightforward. The engineer joined our team a week later.

Two essential individuals were ultimately involved in the process: the senior engineer who worked for us and our contact person/business rep, who we could contact for any administration we required.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The engineer was amazing and was able to escape us up in crucial areas like constructing the internal matching engine within our backend, as well as document it and make the public v1 API of the engine available to our clients. As a result, we were able to raise the output of features by about 30%.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It was extremely successful. When we first started working with a remote developer, we were concerned that it could be harder to communicate effectively and efficiently. However, the engineer was quite active on our internal Slack, and he handled the assigned tickets successfully.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Slashdev was able to send us an engineer who could begin working just a week after submitting their developer profiles. In addition, the engineer's skill was excellent.
