I am the CCO of Zhilyova Lingerie brand. Zhilyova Lingerie founded by Valeria Zhilyova in 2014 reflects her own style, nature, and mindset. Each release of the brand explores several different areas, which combination reveals new facets of femininity and freedom.

Inspired by a global community of talented, creative women who transcend traditional boundaries, Zhilyova Lingerie embodies fundamental freedom: the freedom from conventions and rules. The brand is focused on technology and inclusiveness in all its forms by combining design and craft together.

For what projects/services did your company hire Skywell Software, and what were your goals?

As augmented reality becomes increasingly integrated into social platforms, we at Zhilyova Lingerie wanted to leverage that technology to help educate users on our product offering in fun, innovative ways. For our carry over the line, we wanted to show off our lingerie by integrating with an AR experience for users to be able to see the bras and panties at home.

How did you select Skywell Software and what were the deciding factors?

AR exist primarily via Instagram Stories or Snapchat filters. To do something new, we decided to use a cross-browser web solution to host our AR try-on experience of our lingerie.

We worked with the development team to create and test out AR try-on technology that would be integrated onto our site with the smoothest visual experience on a web platform. Users browsing the site via iPhone or Android devices would be able to tap an "AR" button that popped up under product information.

The team consisted of six members: Head of AR/VR Department, three Unity 3D developers, and two 3D artists

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We debuted our AR being one of the very first lingerie brands to ever launch this technology on a website which had never been done before.

I’m a project manager for eHealth, a government-sanctioned electronic healthcare system in Ukraine. Our system seeks to help reform medical care by providing citizens in thousands of hospitals with quality services.

Since the modern world has gone digital, we decided to create a complex healthcare system that we would gradually introduce throughout the country over the next several years. With the system, all working processes, as well as patient and doctor relationships, would be digitized. We hired Skywell Software to develop additional software for that eHealth system.

Our main objective was to develop a large-scale system that would digitize the services for government healthcare programs. We needed a module that would offer users a unified message gateway to interact.

Skywell Software was responsible for creating an autonomous module that would centralize customer interaction within our eHealth system via a message gateway. They developed the module’s architecture from scratch and successfully implemented it.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The incorporated solution has the potential to save users huge amounts of money compared to before when patients would receive appointment confirmations by SMS.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The team members were available when needed, and we could solve all issues right away.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

It was very easy to do business with Skywell Software. All of the staff—from the sales reps to the developers—were friendly and professional.

We might have to update the design in the future.

I’m a project manager at the Auchan Group located in Ukraine. We’re part of the France-based international retail corporation called Groupe Auchan SA. Our group is known as one of the world’s principal distributors, operating as a hypermarket store throughout 15 countries.

The main goal was to set up an omnichannel sales ecosystem, providing users with a fully functional, easy-to-use shopping app. Our consumers are everything to us, so we paid great attention to ensuring a convenient and positive experience when interacting with our products.

Skywell Software created a unique mobile shopping app that featured user-friendly navigation, interactive communication, and a rewards program that offered bonuses and special discounts. The app could also cater offers to customers shopping in our stores. 

To build the app, we provided the team with a set of requirements. They analyzed our documents, proposed the full architecture, and built out the product. In the end, we developed an app that accurately reflected all of our wishes.

What was the team composition? 

The team consisted of a program manager, a mobile team leader, an architect, two Android developers, two iOS developers, a QA specialist, a UX/UI designer, a backend developer, two graphic designers, five content writers, and a DevOps specialist.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? 

The app supplemented our shopping ecosystem, acting as a tool to further our advertising and user interaction. It helped us create more cost-effective ads by identifying top-performing product promotion methods while maintaining a reasonable price. Additionally, the app increased our volume of in-store visits. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had a high level of communication through the project manager, and the team met with us as needed to solve current issues. I appreciated how quickly the developers responded to our requests. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed by their specialists’ level of competence.

No, not that I recall. We’re still building out additional functions to improve the app.

What were your goals for this project?

We were in the midst of preparing for an international IT conference and wanted to impress the audience with a technological version of a well-known character from the internet. The main goal was to revive our character and transform it from a 2D-image to a 3D-animation on time and budget.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

After we explained our idea, they started modeling the first day. They began with the character itself and then moved to the environment it would appear in. After one week, they delivered a 3D-model of our character that could move in real-time with a motion capture costume, which is exactly what we wanted.

We worked with their head of AR/VR, their technical head of AR/VR, a Unity developer, and a 3D modeler.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We received a 3D-character that could come to life in real-time. We presented it at a press conference, during which the character participated in a dialogue with the participants. Now, we have a better understanding of how the character could become a full-fledged personality, possibly as an event MC or participant.

They know their stuff and communicate efficiently and accurately. Their technical director, whom we speak with directly, knew every aspect of the development and could explain what was happening at every stage.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The application contributed to the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and expertise regarding our products. With the help of the application’s game format, conference participants were able to simulate the consequences of using specific crop protection, as well as estimate the financial benefits obtained at the end of the "season." The app was a useful tool for increasing company sales through awareness about our products and their specific impact on agricultural producer’s yields.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their manager was able to translate our agricultural requirements into language that designers and programmers could understand. New ideas came up during the project, which could have created a mess, but Skywell Software minimized our costs and optimized our app so it became what we hoped it would.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They had solid project management, top-notch technical expertise, and organized, accurate processes.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They coded the application in the best possible way, and we had no complications. The app doesn't need improvement almost two years after its release.
