Our client, Art Nation, is a group of companies that cover the 360º of content; engage in the creation and production of brands, their licensing, development, and distribution of animated and digital content.

DEMAND

The client needed to “animate” its hero “The Goose”. To transfer him from a static 2D image into an

animated 3D state. The animation had to be conducted in real-time with the help of a Motion Capture suit.

OBJECTIVE

As a result, the client wanted to obtain an animated personality - “The Goose”, who could host events, conduct dialogues, move around the stage and interact with the audience, all in real-time.

SOLUTION

As a solution, we combined Motion Capture technology with Unity 3D and realized it in our project in the shortest possible time frame.

The client received a 3D personality, who could come to life in real-time. This was presented at a press conference, where The Goose has engaged the participants in a dialogue. This helped the client to assess all possible work with the 3D personality in the future i.e it could become a full-fledged MC or event participant.

The Customer has launched a new flavored vodka Finlandia Coconut that has less ordinary flavor than traditional vodka and needs a consumption promotion. Innovations that differ from the standard marketing tools used before fit brand needs and product launch priorities. Since AR/VR technologies are one of the top-tier marketing trends, it has

been decided to develop an Augmented Reality product.

USER FUNCTIONALITY

The developed solution gives an AR experience that doesn’t require an application download. To interact with the Augmented Reality and to watch a video recipe of a cocktail, the user should launch the camera on his/her smartphone and scan the QR code printed on the bottle neckhanger. Scanning of the tag will launch a video with a bartender showing how to make Finlandia Coconut drink. After watching the video, the user can choose to replay it or close the application.

SOLUTION

This solution has become a simple, attractive, eye-catching, informative, and, above all, innovative way to promote the product and interact with the consumer. For the very first time in the Ukrainian market, the AR product can be presented to a consumer in such an easy way so that the consumer does not have to download an application, register, etc. Everyone can interact with the product by simply launching the smartphone camera right in the store, at home – anywhere – just in 5 seconds.

To solve this problem, we proposed the client 3 types of AR apps to be used for 3 different drinks. All apps are activated after the download and

code scanning. After hovering the phone over each beverage can, 3 types of content are displayed: – 3D fruits for the soft drink – 3D animation of the disco dancer for the energetic drink – Broadcast of a football match in real-time for the beer brand

CHALLENGE

The shoe market is saturated with products, and the customer does not always have time to go shopping for a shoe model he needs. That’s why online stores is a trend in the Fashion & Apparel industry. But the downside of online stores is that you see the item as a 2D picture, with no possibility to view the product from all

sides.

SOLUTION

To solve this problem, we used a photo booth to form a 3D model of each pair of shoes. Further optimization was made to reduce the size of the file, for a quick display of the model through a mobile application or website.

OBJECTIVE

The main goal of the project is the creation of an Android-based mobile application, which engages participants of the agrarian conference in interaction, conveys all the advantages of the Syngenta plant protection products and stimulates them for further purchase.

SOLUTION

Having analyzed Syngenta business needs, Skywell experts conducted a marketing study of the target audience (agronomists). We found out that agronomists prefer simplicity and structure when submitting information. In addition, they do not want to understand the design intricacies. Customer – Ukrainian Fashion Week, is the main event in the modeling industry of Ukraine. They also actively organize modeling showcases and take part in a number of fashion events worldwide.

The client needed a way to photo scan models who are dressed in designer clothes and transfer them into virtual

reality.

OBJECTIVE

The client wanted to create a holistic visual ideological concept for the presentation of designers’ clothing in New York and Tokyo. The goal was to bring the project to a new level. In that way, fashion would be associated with new technologies, design, VR, video production, etc.

SOLUTION

The development consisted of models’ photo scanning - 128 photos of each model were taken simultaneously from all possible angles. Then, these photos were collected into a single object. 3D designers transferred models into a VR room filled with animated details.

BENEFITS

Since this experiment interlaced several creative industries, it favorably singled out the Ukrainian Fashion Week out of all the other participants. This helped the client to take their presentation of clothing collections to a new level. The project attracted the attention of sophisticated guests of New York and Tokyo Fashion Weeks and received wide coverage in the top international fashion magazines.
