We needed to strengthen our online presence and increase the number of qualified leads. We were looking for a long-term digital marketing partner that could help enhance our online reputation and deliver measurable growth in lead generation and overall business performance.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Skyclick Media handles our SEO and Meta ads campaigns. Their work includes SEO strategy, keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO improvements, Google Business Profile optimization, and local SEO to improve our search rankings. The team has optimized key pages across our website by improving page titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and keyword targeting. Skyclick Media has also enhanced existing service and location pages, created SEO-focused content to target relevant search terms, and implemented technical improvements to improve site performance and crawlability.

On the paid advertising side, Skyclick Media manages our Meta ads campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creative and copy development, campaign setup, budget management, A/B testing, and ongoing optimization. The team also provides regular performance reports and strategic recommendations.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since partnering with Skyclick Media, we've seen significant improvements in our digital marketing performance. Our organic website traffic has increased by approximately 40%–50%, while qualified leads from both SEO and Meta ads have grown by around 30%–40%. We've also experienced a noticeable increase in phone calls and quote requests, resulting in roughly a 25%–30% increase in booked moving jobs. In addition, our Meta ads campaigns have become more efficient over time, with a lower cost per lead and a stronger return on ad spend. Overall, the results have exceeded our expectations and contributed to consistent business growth.

Our cost per lead has decreased by approximately 30%–35% as the Meta ads campaigns have been continuously optimized. At the same time, our return on ad spend (ROAS) has improved by around 2.5–3 times compared to our initial campaigns. These improvements have resulted in more qualified leads, better budget efficiency, and a higher number of booked moving jobs without a proportional increase in advertising spend.

We've also seen an increase in organic search rankings for key moving-related keywords, higher website traffic, improved visibility in local search results, and more inquiries through our Google Business Profile. On the paid advertising side, our Meta ads campaigns have generated a steady flow of qualified leads while reducing our cost per lead over time. Overall, we've experienced more phone calls, quote requests, and booked moving jobs, resulting in a strong return on our marketing investment.

Design ideas, value of understanding client requirement and more important is time + cost saving.  They built the website n do all the digi stuff. Top blokes, always onto it when ya need somethin fixed. No muckin around, just get it done. Legends, happy to keep working with ‘em long term!
