Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Our main project goal is to create a suite of statewide and regional promotional videos suited for the internet and television, with the end results being increased public awareness and more student enrollment. The outline of the videos required follows below: 

• Produce 30 second clips for: 
  • System-wide 
  • “Western New York (WNY)” (Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse) Capital District (Capital District, Schenectady) 
  • “New York City (NYC)” (Westchester, North Bronx, Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens) Long Island (Long Island) 
• Produce 90 second clips for: 
  • System-wide 
  • “WNY” (Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse) 
  • “NYC” (Westchester, North Bronx, Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens) 

The scope of this project is to create the aforementioned videos within the following parameters: 

• Content: 
  • Central photo bank (each EOC directly contributes to shared portal) 
  • Maps (vendor creates for each video) 
  • Testimonials (vendor mines clips from 2023 Caucus and 2020 virtual commencement) 
  • B-roll (vendor mines clips from 2023 Caucus)
  • Potential for additional video/photos at centers, obtained either by center staff or vendor 
  • All post-production work that leads to public use of videos 
• Accessibility: 
  • Each video should have both English and Spanish versions 
  • Each video should have both captioned and non-captioned versions 
• Delivery (UCAWD's responsibility): 
  • UCAWD/center websites 
  • Center social media 
  • Center listserv 
  • Local ad placement (i.e. gas pump, convenience store, online newspaper, boosted social media, YouTube) 
  • TV

Skutnik Studios LLC delivered all requested videos, with flexible editing and engagement, ahead of RFQ's deadline

Items were delivered ahead of schedule. Edits were made incredibly quickly. All suggestions and requests were responded to with a healthy dialogue. Guidance was requested and provided. The vendor was extremely responsive to all needs.
