Anant helped establish what exactly was required to get the site we wanted. He was also instrumental in finalizing the agreement and commercial terms. The project manager from Skkepper acted as the liaison with the development team, gathering feedback from us at every stage and passing it on to her team.

I was impressed with their speed and can-do attitude.

If I have to find fault with them, I would say that they could show a bit more attention to detail.

The website needed to be visually appealing and clearly describe our client's business. We envisioned the management console would help our clients solve problems, provide feedback to us, and manage their accounts.

Our clients would ask us for help in areas in which we weren't experts so we wanted to bring on a partner. We were searching for someone we could trust to deliver high-quality work and understand our needs.

After meeting with numerous vendors and not finding what we were looking for, we met with Skkepper. We reviewed their portfolio, met them in person, and did a small proof of concept with them.

The project’s scope encompassed web design, development, and deployment. After discussing the project details with them they performed thorough research into our client’s business. This investigation produced a detailed document that highlighted functional and non-functional requirements, technology stack options, project modules, and a timeline and phase breakdown. They also included their own suggestions and recommendations. Additionally, they anticipated our client’s questions and provided detailed answers that covered all sections of the project.

Our main point of contact was a project manager who led a team of three developers and designers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They worked closely with us, understood the requirements, and delivered to the highest standards. Our customers have loved the features they suggested and implemented, like a responsive remote assistant in the management console. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had weekly project calls to go over their progress. Afterward, the project manager would promptly share meeting minutes with all stakeholders to keep them informed. Skkepper raised any potential risks ahead of time, along with their plan to mitigate them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team is proactive and understands both business language and technical language well. They offer innovative ideas that take products to the next level and are fun to work with.

As a fairly satisfied client, I can't identify any areas of improvement.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted a website that was a visual treat for all ages, from kindergarteners and pre-teens to teenagers and adults. I wanted the website to show high-quality photos and show disclaimers in areas where customers could see them.

My partners weren’t motivated to build a website, but Skkepper didn’t disappoint. They handled the project from beginning to end. They prepared and shared the scope of work before they began so that we knew what to expect. They designed all the pages, which we approved before they began development.

They delivered a high-quality solution on time. Since we planned to start advertising, keeping our deadlines was the top priority and completing the project was a major achievement. I'm happy with Skkepper's services.

We were happy with the way they conducted the whole project. There were delays, but they compensated for them with the quality of their work. The team was flexible, even accepting our change requests during development.

We hired Skkepper to develop an e-commerce site using Woocommerce and Wordpress. We also needed to integrate the site with the Mollie Payment System.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to deliver our client a turnkey solution that was ready to sell products and training sessions online.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We've worked with them before on other Wordpress apps and were always happy with their work. It was just natural to hire them for this project as well.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

Their team first created templates with responsive designs. Using that foundation, their team created the e-commerce site using Woocommerce and Wordpress. Then, they integrated the shop with two other Wordpress websites, which allowed existing users to order products without having to log in again. Finally, they integrated the shop with the Mollie Payment system.

The new shop allowed our client to sell their products online and saved a lot of time. They were extremely satisfied with their deliverables.

We wanted a fast, stable solution that would allow event organizers to view galleries and information about various venues before renting them and users to easily search and book tickets for both ongoing and upcoming shows. In addition, we wanted the website to reflect the entertainment industry our client was promoting.

How did you select this vendor?

We regularly receive projects that we do not have the in-house resources to complete. We used to outsource that work to different people but were having difficulty finding the right fit in terms of service; I was desperate to find someone. After a friend recommended Skkepper, we reviewed their portfolio, conducted a phone interview, and tried them out for several smaller pr ojects. The main challenge we faced with other providers was the difference in output from what was initially discussed; Skkepper handled this very well.

We shared the brief with the Skkepper team and they requested a follow-up call to review the details at length. We then received an in-depth document that divided the project into phases and outlined every module with timelines. This was useful in obtaining approval from our client and finalizing the scope of work, which included web design, development, QA, and deployment.

The team was composed of four to five designers, developers, and testers, but we only interacted directly with the project manager.

Skkepper’s suggested custom framework allowed for a more seamless integration of third-party tools and offered us more flexibility. They also categorized show listings by genre, making it simple for customers to find their preferences.

Skkepper provided regular updates and addressed change requests swiftly; we rarely had to follow up on items. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

In a rush to work and take our money, other vendors missed a lot; Skkepper, however, devoted quite a lot of time to understanding the project.

Everything went so smoothly that I really can’t identify any areas that need work.

We needed a user-friendly website to increase awareness about our center and the various services we offer.

How did you select this vendor?

We met the Skkepper team during a conference in which they were actively involved. During our interaction, we realized that they quickly understood what we were looking to accomplish. Also, their portfolio made us confident in their ability to take on our project.

Describe the project in detail.

The team visited our center to see the work we do and understand the organization more fully. We engaged in a number of meetings and brainstorming sessions to figure out the details and the specifications for this project. Based on those discussions, Skkepper provided 3 mock-ups for our website. We held a few more meetings to agree on a design that suited our requirements, and the final format was then confirmed. Their team then managed all aspects of development. They currently provide ongoing support and updates as needed.

We had an initial meeting with a project manager from Skkepper to convey our needs and goals. From there, we had two developers assigned to our project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the launch of the website, our center has definitely become more accessible. Even after only a few months post-launch, there has been a significant increase in the number of inquiries we receive. Before the website we relied solely on word-of-mouth, but thanks to the Skkepper team, we now have a website that explains our hard work and purpose.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our assigned team was extremely professional and thorough. They quickly understood our requirements and led us step-by-step through each process. We primarily worked with the development team, the project manager always stayed in touch to make sure everything ran smoothly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their entire team was professional and very well organized. We’re not very technologically inclined, but they were extremely patient in working with us. They were able to come up with very innovative ideas and always delivered well before the deadline.

They gave us everything we needed and much more.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Skkepper completed the project within the appropriate timeline and it was ready to launch on its target date. I received positive feedback from my client, specifically on the ease of the system’s management. We are now working to develop a corresponding mobile app with more interactive capabilities and I plan to hire Skkepper for some additional assistance with the project.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Skkepper divided the entire project into a series of milestones which helped us achieve deadlines very easily. Moreover, it also ensured the project ran smoothly with minimal obstacles.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I really appreciate their ability to listen. Skkepper properly addressed any of our issues or concerns. In some instances, they agreed to disagree with our approach, but I still welcomed their honest feedback and opinions. Additionally, their design team is extremely creative, the development team is very skilled, and both had a very quick and diligent work ethic.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

I have enough experience in this field to understand that there will be challenges in every partnership. The time difference between our teams was sometimes a challenge, but Skkepper is not to blame for that.
