They supported us with thorough documentation, integration with our payment and compliance systems, and end-to-end testing to ensure everything worked smoothly before rollout.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcomes were very tangible in our day-to-day work. Our clients reported that the new dashboard cut down the time they spent navigating transactions and reports. Overall, our experience was overwhelmingly positive. If I had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be more proactive guidance on emerging technologies. While they delivered excellently on our stated scope, I felt they could have shared more forward-looking ideas about how AI or predictive analytics could enhance our services in the future.
